It seems to me that you cannot spend and earn in the same transaction. I tried it a few weeks ago and points that I was supposed to earn did not show up. Do you know if this is the case? The employees didn’t need to know.

That’s not the case. I am not sure what went wrong in your situation but I spend and earn points in the same transaction all the time. If you still have your receipt you should contact customer service so they can check and see why you did not earn your points.

I am a rite aid employee in Alabama and on the receipt it states the points earned ( if on an OTC purchase) will be available the following day at 6am. The plenti point system works just the same as the +up rewards except now they are good for two yrs instead of two weeks. And also you are able to spend them at other places

I am in Alabama too;-}. New program has been working pretty well for me. It just seems a lot of others have not been so fortunate.

I tried to complete the transactions as demonstrated in your video and succeeded, except in the Gillette Razor deal. According the Corporate Office, you are supposed to purchase razor and refill to earn 1000 plenti points not two (2) razors. Therefore, they will not add 1000 plenti points to my account. Plan to return the razors. I don’t seem to have any success completing transactions at RiteAid or Walgreens regarding their points program.

Plenti program is easy to use. The razor thing was a mistake on Rite Aids part. They had signs up advertising, buy 2 Gillette Razors and get 1000 points but the deal actually was supposed to be, buy 1 razor and 1 cartridge and get 1000. Once they realized their mistake they changed it. If you did the deal Sunday or Monday and got just razors then you got the points but after that you did not. I know for a fact that it worked because I bought razors Sunday afternoon and Monday morning before they changed everything.
