One of the best ways to save on meat and produce is to buy in bulk and freeze things. I can’t imagine what our grocery shopping would look like without my extra freezer in the garage, and I encourage you to consider getting one if you don’t have one already.

To give you an idea on grocery savings…
We buy all of our meat in bulk and recently got 40 lbs of chicken for $1.07 per lb.  Being able to buy in this quantity easily saved over $80 just on that one purchase!  Add in all the super cheap frozen deals you can stock up on and you see how this pays for itself pretty quickly.
