Even though for some of us it may feel like summer has already been going on for several months with school out and warm weather, technically it won’t be summer until the end of June. But I know I’m ready for lighter fare and easy salads to make the daily dinner challenge easier.
Remember you can adjust this monthly meal plan to meet your needs. Quite honestly, I’m not currently making 30 different meals each month. We’re eating a lot of the same things, and my family is OK with that. A plan is supposed to serve you, so make changes to serve your family.
June 2020 Monthly Meal Plan
This month I’m trying to focus on some more vegetarian (meat-free) meals since the price of meat is going up at the grocery store. If that’s not a concern or you have a ton of meat in your freezer, then you can always add meat to some of the vegetarian meals: make regular burgers intead of black bean burgers, throw some grilled chicken into a pasta dish, or add some beef to a casserole.
