          Thanks !!

I guess I can wait to see what HT has for SuperDoubles. Only deal that excites me is the ALL laundry detergent. LF continues to disappoint.

    • snowdogmom

I guess I can wait to see what HT has for SuperDoubles. Only deal that excites me is the ALL laundry detergent. LF continues to disappoint.

    • I was wondering if I should wait until Harris Teeter and this list just confirms that, it’s awful!

    • Zambibway

Is Lowe’s Food even trying to compete with Harris Teeter?

    • Volleybayna

There is a 1.00 off 3 birds eye on their website:
Upper right corner, click on the scissors.  The event will make it
2.00 off 3.  If you print 2, you can get, 6 bags for 2.00.

      • Katie

        Thank you. :)

    • Mojojess3

How many coupons will they let you use? Thanks, I have never done Lowes, it is all of them or just select stores?

      • Mojojess3

Ugh never mind, this is abysmal, won’t be going to Lowes.

    • Ephie78

the GM Cereal is that $4 off 4, or 4 for $4?  which would make them free with a $1/2 cpn

      • Acws525

        $4 off of 4

    • dha92

Silly question. Can i use coupons that go on your lowes card and manufacturer coupons together? Will the manufacturer coupons still double? Just not the coupons that go on your card, right? One more question, can i use the “flyer coupon, the coupon that goes on your card and a manufacturer coupon? Thank you :)

      •  Yes you can use the in ad coupon/flyer coupon and a man coupon- BUT according to their corp. office they do not want digital and paper coupons stacked.  As far as I know it won’t reject the paper but they are not encouraging or promoting it.  SOon their registers will reject the paper coupon

    • Goodkristen

never done couponing at lf, always done couponing at ht….wondering what the atmosphere is like for supdoubles at lf….anyone couponing at lf tomorrow in raleigh nc? should i expect madness or will it be relatively calm

      • sandra

LF has never had SD, so I don’t know what to expect.

    • Clemsonalumnikc

2 questions where will I find the in-ad coupons she has listed here and can you stack a manufac coupon with the in-ad coupon (never shopped at lf before!).  Thanks!

      • Packfowises

In ad coupons are in the Lowe’s ad. You can pick them up at the store OR they come in your local paper.

        • Packfowises

Oh and YES you can use the in ad coupons WITH a Manufacture’s coupon.

          • Clemsonalumnikc

            Thank you!

            • Also to note that you can combine a digital, manu, AND a store coupon together. I did it before with an Ortega deal.

    • Packfowises

The ad really stinks. Seems like all that’s “On Sale” is the store brand. Way to play it safe, LOWEs!

    • Kh

how does this work…. 9c OOP

      do I buy 1, get 1 free … USING 2 50c Coupons

      • Packfowises

Unlike Harris Teeter, Lowe’s allows you to use 2 coupons for BOGO. So you can buy 2 and use 2 coupons.

        • Guest

HT does allow 2 coupons on BOGO since each rings at half price.

          • Packfowises

They do?  I was under the impression they didn’t.  I must have misread the policy. Thanks for that.

            • Mtmkjr

They changed their policy on the BOGO sales last year- can’t remember exactly when…
But yes, they will take 2 coupons on a BOGO sale now.

          • Jmgregory_99

Not always.  I’ve had them decline my second coupon and didn’t feel like arguing with the young manager.

            • pamgam

HT policy states that they do take 2 coupons on B1G1 free because each item rings up at half price.  Next time make sure you have HT coupon policy.

      • guest

The Chef’s Favorites Steamfresh are *not* included in the sale. Just the cheap veggies, like corn, peas, broccoli, mixed veggies, and the rice blends.

    • Reneec11202

I have never shopped at LF before and I am going to attempt it this week. I have a question for the in ad coupons can I use those on each trip or are they tracked on the card and can only be used once?  For example can I use the $4 off 4 gm cereal and then pick up another ad to use the same coupon another day?

      • Mandapoteat

You can reuse them, if they give them back to you.  Grab another sales ad while you are in there just incase they don’t give them back to you.  They do not track the in ad coupons but per transaction for the limit purposes.

        • Most of the time they give it back to you and tell you you can use it again. It depends on the cashier.

    • Andrea

how does the in ad coupons work and where do I find them?  Are they online ecoupons are they on the circular – Help

      • Reneec11202

        They are in the  circular

        • Andrea

    • Momx4

Does anyone know if you can use manufacturer coupons AND lowes print-out coupons together, I mean the ones that print-out from the register.

      • Mandapoteat

The ones that print out at the register are manufacturer coupons as well so you can not use them together.  The only ones you can stack are the “store coupons” that are in the sales paper.

      • Rachel

If they say “store coupon” they should; they’ll take the ones that come monthly in the ad and a manufacturer’s one together.

        • Momx4

          Thank you!

    • Thechapleigh

Just an FYI for those HT shoppers out there who may try LF for this event. LF does not have “hand scanners” if your coupon won’t scan via the “normal” way. This has been significantly problematic for me with the Internet printables. I’ve stopped shopping there for mainly that reason, as most of my Qs are IPs. For whatever reason, the new barcode system on IPs have made it extremely difficult for some IPs to scan… & if a store has a “if it doesn’t scan, we can’t take it” policy such as LF, you need to plan for some some Qs to be refused.

On another note, I thought the final determination had been made
that LF will not accept Manu paper Qs and an electronic Q… I do know that, in the past, my e-qs would be deducted from various sites for the purchase of ONE product sometimes (shortcuts.com & cellfire.com), but then the paper Manu Qs that I would hand them would “beep” & need to be manually entered. It seemed like the computers were trying to refuse the Manu Q & that the checkout person had no idea what was happening & would override the “beep”. I did read somehwere that the LF eQs would not be deducted if you had other EQs, or manu paper Qs… But I haven’t shopped LF in so long & may just need to check the Q policy if no one else has any clarification on this matter.

But, hey, super doubles! Way to go LF for trying! Now LF just needs to hire one of us to set them weekly sales ad to make it all worth it & attract the couponers!

    • aheartlikegunfire

Looks like I’ll be spending a lot of time going up and down the aisles checking prices/coupons on this event.  The ad sucks!  They’re playing it safe!

    • ShoeBoxSherri

Dawg diggity!!  I am whooped just figuring out Lowes.  Never shopped there before but think I have it.  Researched all the coupon policies.

4 like coupons daily for non-doubles and doubles up to .99 (20/day)
3 like coupons for SUPER DOUBLES up to 1.98 (20/day)
2 like coupons when using internet printables

    • ShoeBoxSherri

It’s also my understanding that the mfg. coupons which you load to your card are considered “store coupons” and can be stacked.  (Although apparently frowned upon.)  No drug store competitor’s coupons.  “Gladly accept” supermarket/supercenter coupons for dollars off entire order.

    • ShoeBoxSherri

Will NOT accept any competitor’s coupons for specific items. Ex.: will not accept competitor’s Q for $1 off an individual item.

    • ShoeBoxSherri

Entertainment Book users:  10% off Bi-Lo coupons.  Lowes accepts.

    • Susanthecouponer

Also remember that many Lowes do not have their scanners updated so you may have trouble with the new coupons that only have two codes on them. My Lowes is very unfriendly towards couponers.  Everytime I shop there, they make a big deal about my coupons not scanning.  Not a lot of couponers shop Lowes in my area.  They all shop at Harris Teeter which is pretty friendly to couponers.

      • This happens to me all the time. I just wait patiently for the lady at customer service to override them.

      • Percyo07

it’s good the LF in my area is so super coupon friendly! never had any problems w/ them for the last 8months (since I started couponing)… if my coupon doesn’t scan, the cashier inputs it manually :) … never had any coupons questioned or denied..

    • Woolardb07

I downloaded the coupons on LF website on my rewards card.  Will these coupons double?

      • Tammy

No they won’t double. However you can use them with a paper coupon if you have any.

        • Just be prepared- they are updating their systems at the request of manufacturers.  No more stacking digital + paper.

          • Jeepchic05

ugh that stinks…thanks for the heads up Jessie

    • Rachel

In the last two weeks my Lowes has stopped accepting printable coupons.  They claim that the coupons won’t scan on their machines, but they’ve been scanning for months/years. I always get my go-gurt there b/c the 75cent off printable doubles and when on sale makes it reasonably priced. Any real change to their coupon policy?

      • couponcrazy

My Lowes Foods has been really strange here when it comes to internet coupons. They use to type them in when they wouldn’t scan, then they stopped taking them when they didn’t scan, and now they are back to typing them in again when they don’t scan. I was told their registers are “outdated”…

      • Onethriftydiva

From what I understand, newly issued (2012) coupons only have one barcode, while the older ones have two. The store hasn’t updated their scanners/registers/system/whatever to accept the new barcode coupons. In return, they won’t take coupons printed from the internet. Basically, the customer is being penalized for their failure to update registers/etc. in a timely manner.

    • Dmwalton

I went to LF this morning to get an early start.  Some of the coupons are not doubling so watch the monitor.

    • luv2save

Meh…I went this morning hoping to spot some unadvertised deals, but I was still underwhelmed.  Maybe HT has spoiled me?  But at HT I normally have stacks of 20 SD coupons, I want to use each day of the week to get all the deals.  I used 17 SD qs this morning, and I think I am done for the week.   The store was also nowhere near as crowded as HT usually is on SD days.

Be sure to check the online q’s to upload to your card – there are some great match ups to deodorant and body wash (dove and degree), secret deo, yoplait greek yogurt, vaseline intesnsive rescue lotion (3.1oz), and some others that match well to current q’s and sales – but if you already got ur deo and soap from drug stores this week, it might not be as good a deal.

Glade carpet freshener is 2/$3 and then use two of the .55/1 to get a good deal there.  The All is a good deal of course, the store was almost out of them already by the time i got to them.  Also the Alexia mushrooms were on closeout, and would have been free – they were all gone in our store though.  Same for garlic knots – shelves empty at 7:20am

Also, my card coupons were not deducted from my receipt, so I had to go to cust svc for them to review and give me cash back.  So be sure to double check that.  AND the cashier was not checking for “Do Not Double”  the only time she actually pointed it out was on a q that didn’t scan bc it was expired – she said it was bc it was DND, but I noted i had made a mistake and missed the expiry date.

Looking forward to seeing the deals for HT!

    • Barb

Just returned from Lowe’s and got a few of the “free” items, but inventory was not great.  A few of the internet printed coupons did not double.  The cashier noticed, but didn’t say anything.  They would not take the ones that came up invalid (the ones I printed from Red Plum), but manually doubled the coupons.com ones.  Not a bad experience.

    • Hotinpink

Land O’ Frost Sliced Meats, 16 oz, $3.99

-$1 off Land O Frost product printable

      (makes it 99¢)

Would be $1.99/1 or am i wrong?

      •  You’re right! Thanks for catching my mistake.

      • Anita59

You can get it for $1.50 at Food Lion!!. I just bought 2 packs. That’s after your $1 coupon

    • Britta

If you have the $1.25 coupon for 3 Ragu from a couple of weeks ago it works great with the 45 oz at 2/$5. With the paper coupon and $1 digital coupon I paid $4 for 135 oz of Ragu. Also, there is a $1.50 off your next purchase for buying 2 kikkoman teriyaki sauce. There is a printable coupon for $1 that makes the small ones free.

      • Whitney05

Got 3 bottles for $5 :) I think it came out to be about 4c/ounce…thanks!

    • Seastman14

I just got back from lowes
      super doubles…was not impressed..not great deals….only 1 cashier,
saw manager take down sale sign when he realized there was coupons for
it, and they read every detail of each coupon and didn’t double 8 of my
coupons….im sticking with Harris teeter super double days…

      • JPBMC

        Did those coupons say DND?

    • Cookies4monster

Why are there no acorn deals?  Nothing is good??

    • Guest

      My trip went great.
      1 Clorox
      2 Smart Balance Milk
      2 Activia 4 pk
      2 Martha White Muffin
1 Rhodes Warm and Serve Rolls
      1 Alexia Potatoes
      2 Eggland Eggs
      4 Chex Cereal
      2 Furmano tomatoes
      1 Swanson Flavor boost
      1 Marcal TP
      2 Marcal Paper towel
      1 Ready- Rice 2 Pk
      2 Steamfresh broccoli
Total was $58.00 and I paid $23.04 (includes tax). The store was very clean and well lighted. Everyone I spoke to was helpful. There were a few things out of stock( mostly the freebies) but it was a easy trip.
I had forgotten to use the in-circular $4.00 off for the Chex mix and realized it in the parking lot. I went back in and Customer Service checked the receipt and gave me the 4.00. Very pleasant about MY error.  There were a few couponers but no mad rush and no wait at the checkout. This was at the Murrayville Lowes Food in Wilmington.

    • Noelle8818

      I had a decent trip.
Bought 4 boxes of Lucky Charms
      2 All
2 Kikkoman Soy Sauce (not the freebie size)
      Paid $12.00

I had an old printable 1.75/2 Any GM cereals, so I ended up paying $1.02/box for Lucky Charms.  I can rarely find Lucky Charms for less than $1.50/box

    • Andiejo67

Seems like every printable palermo’s cpn I have ever used has been rejected by the scanners.  Has anyone used this one successfully?

      • sandra

I used 2 today with no problems.

      • Angholland

I used some the other month a Bi-Lo with no problem.

    • Mdarrin83

I went this morning. Not busy and the cashier and manager were friendly found more than 20 items so will be back tommorow. Windex 2 for 5 1.00 coupon 3 bucks for. Both not bad

    • guest

Found the Paseo brand toilet paper (12 rolls) and paper towels (8 rolls) on sale for $4.99. I used my $1 coupon which doubled. Made them both $2.99 each. Pretty great deal.

      • Guest

I hope your not disappointed in the Paseo toilet paper if this is the first time your buying this brand. I got it a few months ago and I have to say it’s the worst toilet paper I ever purchased, very flimsy. I will never buy it again even if it is free.

        • I’ve had better stuff in the dormatory.  Don’t drink beer and use Paseo-out TP.

          • Kris

funny, i don’t mind it.  reminds me of Scott.  it’s just toilet paper afterall :)

    • Cpnmaniac

I went during lunch.  The Ballantyne location in Charlotte… there is no sales tag on the Muellers Whole Wheat pasta, nor the regular for that matter.  Came back to work and looked at Lowes to Go and see the Whole wheat is at $1 box.  How about I will be heading back over there!

      • Cheryl

It happens. I noticed the biscuits with the Meal Deal at HT wasn’t marked to $1.. but when I scanned it, it scanned correctly. I think that this being the first day of the sale.. they need time to mark their products. I love the Lowe’s Foods stores… so nice and clean. This will be the first “super doubles” I have been to when I go, but I’ve never had a problem w/ the store and I am trying to not let any negative comments interfere w/ my shopping. :-)

        • Thechapleigh

They are slower than HT in posting markdowns. At my store, it seems they are doing this throughout the day on Wednesdays, whereas at HT, they have the markdowns up by the start of the sale Weds Morning.

    • Tammy

Can someone explain the Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks deal?
If its $2.50/box and I use the in-ad coupon $4 off 4 (limit 4), that makes it $1.50 a box.  Can I still use a manufacturer coupon $0.50/2, which should double to $1.00 off?  This would make it $1.25 a box, right?  I don’t follow the comment (buy 5, makes it $1)

      • Aprilcarter40

get 4 boxes it will be 4.00 that makes it 1.00 a box just came from lowes foods

    • JPBMC

My trip today was 2 Kikkoman’s, 2 cooked perfect meatballs, 8 totinos pizzas, 2 mt olive dill relish, 1 wholly guacamole, 5 powerade, 5 pillsbury crescent rolls, 1 nathans french fries, 1 nathans onion rings, 6 deer park sparkling water liters = OOP w/ tax $19.85.

    • Guest

Just got back from LF in Tega Cay SC. Decided to go just to get ALL Laundry detergent since I just couldn’t pass it up for $1.49. I thought for sure it would be sold out since it was after 6pm. Surprise, surprise it wasn’t, but the free and clear is going fast, there were only 3 left after I took my 3. I got 3 since the limit on like item coupons doubling is 3. Paid $4.99 for 3 with tax. The LF coupon to get the $.50 off that made it $3.49 before mfg. coupons came out on the receipt as PUR DOG CHOW CPN. LF really needs to get it’s act together. I thought for sure my internet coupons would have issues scanning but they didn’t and they had the new bar codes. I one coupon left to use if I go back. The cashier was nice and gave me back the LF coupon and said it was good until 2/28. Store wasn’t crowded, nothing like HT when they have SuperDoubles.

      • Whitney05

My recipt printed ‘PUR DOG CHOW CPN’ too, but it still gave me 50c/1 the price came out right so who cares…

    • Anita59

I couldn’t believe it…There was only about 6 people in the store shopping and the cashiers were standing around with nothing to do.It was no ways as busy as H. Teeter is during Super Doubles.I also notice they don’t carry a lot of items that H T does.My total was $50.31 after cupons it was $11.87. Not too bad considering I only found 2 products that were free.

    • Cramsomsok

The .75 off of Kraft mac and cheese home style on the regular blue box of mac and cheese dinner.  making it .50 each!  I didn’t see this on your list… At Lowes this week.

    • Colleen

Just a heads up–my Lowe’s would not super double a coupon in conjunction with an in ad coupon. For the All, I could either use the in ad and my $1 off coupon that would not double, or I could use the coupon alone and it would double. But–I was able to use the betty crocker Q and it doubled and I used the in ad coupon as weel since it was less than one dollar.

      • Guest

Wow, that’s not right. I had no problem with buying 3 All’s earlier tonight. Used the in ad coupon and my 3 mfg. internet coupons and the 3 internet coupons doubled. It was a limit of 3 mfg. coupons on like item. I got no hassle at all, in fact the cashier gave me back the in ad coupon and said it was good until 2/28. My store is usually not overly friendly about coupons but they have never given me a problem with using an in-ad coupon and a mfg. coupon. Sorry about your experience. Did you ask a manager? My cashier actually had a copy of the coupon policy at the register and I had a copy with me.

        • Guest

By the way the coupons I used were $1 that doubled to $2 so I got each bottle for $1.49 plus tax.

          • Guest

You know I think my store may have let me exceed the limit in internet coupons even though I asked if the limit was 3. These coupon policies are hard to keep straight. I think it’s 3 mfg. coupons on like items for non internet and 2 for internet. Also the policy may actually say that if you use an in ad coupon it will not double the mfg. coupon although I think the line about store/mfg coupons isn’t really clear. Here are the 2 lines from LF policy.
Under SuperDouble policy:Store coupons can be accepted along with paper coupons, however will not be doubled.Under Internet Coupons:With the purchase of two like manufacturer’s products, we accept two internet coupons per day.

            • Thecouponmama

That policy is saying the STORE coupon will not be doubled…

        • Thechapleigh

It’s actually 4 like manu Qs, only two of which can be internet printables.

          • Thechapleigh

Just noticed a comment below stating the policy of 3 like manu Qs on super doubles events… that’s a new one… sorry for the confusion from my comment as this must have been a policy change since I’ve last checked.

            • Guest

It is a limit os 3 like items for the superdoubles…I work there

      • Donna

I had the same problem in Wilmington, NC tonight with the All coupons.  I had 4 because it said that was the limit.  Didn’t argue with them because for some strange reason the computer marked 2 boxes of Playtex Sport Tampson to .29 per box.  They were on sale for $4.29 I had a $1 coupon that doubled, then it doubled again.  The cashier was like whatever stupid computer, scanned the next one and it did the same thing.  I was like please let me go buy some more.  Tomorrow before work I am grabbing 4 more boxes.  They were REALLY nice this time about the coupons.  Did I mention Whole Foods is getting ready to open in our town, I think Lowe’s is dreading the competition.

        • mamabelbel

I have purchased All detergents both yesterday and today in Wilmington, NC.  I used the in ad coupon and man coupon for each one and my q’s doubled no problem.  No override or anything needed.  Which store?

          • Rose

also in wilmington nc lowes food has the marcal paper towel marked down to .89 making it a money maker i grabbed 4 rolls yesterday

        • Jmgregory_99

I had no issues today in ILM either. In fact the cashier was watching the screen to make sure all the coupons doubled.  When one didn’t, she made the adjustment.

        • Sammi90

I had something similar happen today.  I had coupons that said DND but customer service clerk told me they would double but not more than the cost of the item.  when i got to check out, they all doubled even the ones that made it more than the cost of the item, except for one.  when i pointed it out to cashier he said that’s because it’s a DND coupon.  i said the clerk told me it would double and the exact same couponm just before it doubled.  so he overrode it but he wasn’t happy about it.

      • You need to contact their customer service.  That is NOT their policy the store was misinterpeting it.

      • Dana

I agree with Jesse.  If your store is not doubling or not accepting certain coupons, I suggest contacting customer service.  I did a while back when they weren’t accepting coupons on clearance items. Customer service followed up with me very quickly — said they were amending their policy and apologized.  And the store manager even called to apologize.  Sometimes it pays to make the effort.  :)

      • Bowtifan

No wonder a lot of my $1 coupons would not double! I think I’m sticking with Bi-Lo and Harris Teeter!

      • Whitney05

You need to contact customer service, they accepted my ad coupon and doubled all 3 of my all detergent qs. Sorry you had trouble, my lowes was really nice about me double checking the transaction before I paid.

      • Colleen

By the way, it was Lowes in Ramseur, NC. I am going to try the one in Asheboro tomorrow.

    • There’s a new Palermo’s coupon out for $1.00 off each pie instead of $1 off two. I saw it in yesterday’s coupon advisory.

      • Jen

Nice! Is it available online? How do you find it?

        • Check the coupon database. Search for Palermo. The link is right there to get the coupon.

      • Cheryl

I had 2 of those coupons!! Good deal … made those pizzas $1.64 ea!!

    • Jmgregory_99

There are some decent deals this week but it takes some work to find them.  A few I’ve found are Marcal napkins $1.99, there are $1.00 coupons out there.  Small packs of Hormel Pepperoni $1.00 each and $1/2 coupons.  Ken’s 9oz dressing $2.15 and $1.00 coupons available.  Foster Farms Chicken for $2.49 after $1.00 off coupon.  Degree deodorant $1.99 with $1.00 coupon.

      • Lowes sometimes has Degree on sale for $1.00.  I’m gonna save my coupons and wait for the sale.  I have not paid for deodorant in 2 years.

        • Jmgregory_99

The dollar off coupon this week means it is free since it’s super doubles this week.

          • Kris

the degree coupon that is out currently is NOT for the degree that’s on sale – just the adrenaline series.

            • Xpedrosa

I just got 4 Degree deodorants FREE, and I DID use the adrenaline series Q.

They were 2 for $6.00, so I used two $1.50 off Q for mens and two $1.50 for womens deodorant, total $0

            • Jmgregory_99

yes they are.  I got 4 this week that I ordered from a coupon clipping service.

    • Mcurrin3606

Today will be my first time using coupons.  I have printed 17 manufactures coupons from online- from the rules all of these can be doubled.  I also have coupons on my rewards card (i know these can not be doubled but will they be used?)  Also, if I use the coupons in the ad will these double and not allow for my printed coupons to be doubled.  I have everything typed out for the items i want to use my doubles for-is there a way to manage what doubles and what is just used regular?

      • Westerngrl08

your first 20 coupons will be doubled. Make sure you check all of them and they can all be doubled. The coupons on your card will not double. The in add coupons shouldn’t double, the ones I used did not. It was just to get a certain price on an item or the 4 dollars of 4 GM cereals. Make sure you find a nice looking cashier, some of my internet coupons wouldn’t scan, just keep trying. Good luck!

      • Guest

The in ad coupons will not double but you can use your printed coupons and the in ad coupons on the same item and your printed coupon should double. The coupons saved to your rewards card will be used when you purchase the item automatically and you can use the paper coupon also and the paper coupon will double. There is a limit of 20 coupons per day that will double. If you use more than 20 they will just be taken at face value and not double.

    • ShoeBoxSherri

I had a wonderful 1st shopping trip to Lowes last night.  Had 2 buggies full, paid $150.  My tape register extends from the top of my fridge to the bottom. So grateful.  : )  Keep an eye out for the bone-in split chicken breasts.  Got 3 huge packages for $5 each.  Lots and lots of unadvertised sales also.  For the store coupons in the Lowes ad, my cashier just had me read off the codes in fine print on the coupons.  Was a breeze.

    • Mtmkjr

For those of you hoping to get the Cooked Perfect meatballs for .50 after coupon, don’t bother to look for them.  Lowes Foods has pulled the sale.  The online shopping price is now showing regular price ($3.49) instead of $2.50.

      • Cheryl

I have looked at the price, here in Charlotte, since before the sale.. the online price has been $3.49 since before the sale. They were not on sale for 2.50 during the doubles so don’t bash the store on this one. $1.49 is a good price even w/o the sale.

        • Islandmama

My Lowes had them on sale for $2.50.  It was also on my stores online shopping for that price.  I always check prices on the coupons that I use during SD since I live at the coast, my prices are always higher.  I bought 3 bags yesterday for $.50 each and when I went back today, they were the regular price.  I know each store is different.

          • Kris

they were $2.50 in Myrtle Beach too…..

            • Cfoster1212

              $2.50 in Winston Salem

            • Cfoster1212

              $2.50 in Winston Salem

        • Mtmkjr

I checked all prices online before I shopped Wed. because I have plenty of experience with reading of a deal on a blog and then finding it not to pan out as expected.
Online price was 2.50.  Shelf tag was 2.50.  Other folks posted all day happiness over the .50 meatballs.
          I bought 3 bags and paid .50.
          I’m not making anything up.
If your store did not have them on sale, fine.  I posted it because  I think it is helpful to know when a sale changes mid-week so people can plan their trips and not be disappointed and unprepared in the store when something is different.
I didn’t “bash” LF, I only stated a fact. If people form a negative opinion about the store based on what they did, so be it.

      • Cheryl

Actually, I have 2 qs for these meatballs. The price is the same, $3.49 at both Lowes and HT… so I plan on getting them at Lowes, but if they run out, then I will get them next week at HT… is HT having them on sale for $2.50? NOT… However, last time HT had sd’s and I had these qs, the store was out but they let me get the other brand (Armour) for the same price and use my Cooked Perfect coupons. That’s good customer service.  I’ve always seen good customer service and smiling cashiers at both stores.

    • Cheryl

I am glad to see all the comments on this store, positive or negative! Loven it. This store must be doing some good business this week and I am glad to see it. Hope they have super doubles more often! Thanks Jenny! :-)

    • Felicia

    • Tntlambert

There is major errors in the add listing Harris teeter and Lowes food comparioson. The Ragu, emerald nuts, jimmy dean, johnsonville sausage and many more were listed in error and will not find this deal this week.It would have samed me an hour of my time looking up add and getting coupons and then going to store talking to manager. So be advised do not go by the comparison listing for this week

      • Katie

That list isn’t for THIS week.  It’s comparing Super Doubles going on this week at Lowes Foods to Super Doubles NEXT WEEK at Harris Teeter so you can decide whether you wanted to use your coupons now, or save them for next week at HT.

    • momofhree

Good morning!  Just thought I’d share that the P&G coupon for $1 off Scope mouthwash will double, and it is on sale this week for $2.99.  With the coupon doubling, it is $.99, which is great!

    • momofhree

The link for the Pillsbury cookies does not seem to be working.  Does anyone know how to get that coupon to use that deal?  Thanks!

    • cheap68

hormel entree coupon in the link is not exactley the same item that is bogo at lowes. most of the time you have to buy the exact item, otherwise it is considerd fraud. even foodlion has signs on their registers and self check about that

    • quest

      I got 4 of the All detergents for 1.49 each. However, I had a .40 digital q on Yoplait yogurt. I also had a $1 wyp 8. My paper q didn’t double. I think a problem w/ the system.

    • Mnaleimaile

So I just got back from lowes and did pretty well. I got 2 boxes muellers spaghetti, 1 box Capri sun juice boxes, 1 pack of pampers diapers, 2 boxes green giant frozen veggies, 1 box beech nut baby cereal, 1 pack pampers baby wipes, 7 Herbert 2nd stage baby foods, 2 cans enfamil formula, 2 boxes uncle bens rice…OOP = $41.65, pretty happy with that considering I got 2 things of baby formula and diapers in there

      • Thechapleigh

That’s awesome! I also got a jumbo pack of pampers, 3 large size bags of wipes (I’ve had some $1.00/1 wipes Qs I’ve been hanging onto for almost 2 years now;) 3 pks marcal napkins, 6 boxes muellers spag, and I was pleased! I did also buy a bunch of fresh organic produce, flax & wheats & bakery markdowns, so my overall total would not impress;) I’m atypical, though…. I utilize super doubles to be able to purchase those normally higher value items for less with the high value Qs for those products. My hauls don’t seem nearly as impressive as others for that reason.

Anyone else digital coupons not coming off?

Mine haven’t been coming off for the past few months. Customer service said they recognize there is a problem and are trying to fix it. I sure hope they fix it soon!

I had a good run at Lowes. I spent $20.06 and saved $39.86. I had a couple of high value coupons that had been mailed to me along with the high value ones I had been collecting since Jenny announced super doubles. While I didn’t get any freebies, many of the items I normally buy were significantly reduced with the doubling coupons. I love coupons – and especially double coupons!
