The National Consumer Panel, formerly known as Nielsen Home Scan, is now accepting new applicants in certain locations.

If you are accepted, you will be sent a small hand-held scanner and will scan all the bar codes of everything you purchase.

You will then transmit this information to Nielsen and earn points that can be redeemed for a variety of items from the Nielsen Gift Catalog. It takes a while for points to add up, but if you keep stick with it you can earn electronics and household products!
