energy bites

How many times have you thought, “I need a quick, grabbable snack!” and you go to your kitchen to either not find anything or end up finding something that’s maybe not the healthiest option?

These no-bake energy bites solve those problems! They are made with five pantry ingredients and have no refined sugars. They are also dairy-free (use a certified gluten-free oat to make them gluten-free, too)!

No-Bake Oatmeal Raisin Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup raisins

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined and all the oats are coated.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  3. Roll the oat mixture into balls (about 2 tablespoons each).
  4. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge. Makes 15-16 energy bites.
