I needed a quick dessert for a gathering at our home recently, and I needed to prep it earlier in the day. I threw this together based on some other desserts I’ve made and I think some of our guests were tempted to lick the pan clean! This tastes like it took a while to make, but it probably took me less than 15 minutes. You can also use off-brand Oreo cookies and no one will tell the difference in this no bake Oreo pie. You could also make this lower in carbs by opting for sugar free Cool Whip and pudding!
No Bake Oreo Pie Recipe
You’ll notice that I stuck with off brand items for almost every ingredient, because it was what I already had.
You’ll need a package of Oreos, a stick of butter, a package of cream cheese, a box of family size chocolate pudding, powdered sugar, and a giant container of Cool Whip.
Throw all the Oreos in a gallon ziploc bag and crush them in whatever way works best. I used a rolling pin.
It doesn’t have to be perfect, because these are going to meld together when you add the butter.
Reserve some of the Oreos to put on top.
Melt butter and add to the Oreos.
Make sure it’s all spread out in the bottom of the pan.
Using a mixer, mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Then add the Cool Whip.
You want it to be nice and smooth!
Prep the chocolate pudding by adding 3 cups of milk. It should set quickly.
Spread the cream cheese layer on top of the Oreo layer.
Then spread out the pudding mixture.
Top with the rest of the Cool Whip.
Then add the rest of the Oreos on top. Let it chill for at least 4 hours in the fridge and you’ll be good to go!
