Summer is almost over, although you wouldn’t know it by the weather in the Southeast. With schedules and rhythms changing, I just want easy and familiar meals. I also don’t want to spend a ton of time cooking things in the oven! Here is our free August 2022 monthly meal plan to take the guesswork out of dinner for this month.

I chose a lot of grilled recipes as well as things that can be cooked quickly on the stove. None of us want to heat up the house further by turning on the oven. I chose lots of cold salad recipes as well as some simple pasta recipes as lighter dishes tend to sit better at this time of year!
