August means the arrival of a busier schedule for many families, so I’m here to help with a weekly meal plan for August 4. Take the guesswork out of meal planning, do one big shopping trip, and refer back to the plan as the week goes on. I’ve got two breakfast ideas, two lunch ideas, and seven dinner ideas–including one night for leftovers and one for what we call FFY (fend for yourself). On that night, anything goes!
