I’m pretty sure every time someone asks “What’s for dinner?” I get a new grey hair or wrinkle. I don’t mind cooking it’s just that most nights I’m tired and secretly hope that if I sit down someone else will magically cook (maybe as my girls get older my dream will come true).
One way that I’ve found to make dinner prep less work and more enjoyable is simple sides that are quick and easy. This week Target has a number of our favorites on sale plus they are offering cartwheel offers!

We use Knorr Rice Sides as part of a delicious main dish or as a standalone side dish. My favorite way to cook with them is to add them dry straight into the oven with chicken or roasts and let cook with your main entree!
The Creamy Chicken rice & pasta blend combines onions, carrots, rosemary and garlic in a creamy chicken-flavored sauce. We add in shredded or diced chicken (pre-cooked), and some mayonnaise and have a creamy chicken and rice casserole done in less than 15 minutes.

Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise is made with real, simple ingredients like cage free eggs (at least 50% in every bottle right now while they are working towards 100% cage free by 2020), and responsibly sourced oils and vinegar.
Mayonnaise is a key ingredient in most of our casseroles. Chicken and rice casserole for example, that I mentioned above, tastes even better with a half cup of mayo added.
Country Crock Buttery Sticks – 20% off Cartwheel Offer
