Today’s Fashion Friday deal hits home for me on things I am working towards and things I need. Cents of Style has marked all of their Active Wear shirts, pants and sports bras on sale 50% off with code ACTIVELOVE. They also have free shipping on any order.
They have super fun tanks to get you motivated. For those of you that just prefer to live in the yoga pants but not exercise at least you’ll look cute.
For me this deal is right on time. I’ve kicked up my exercise routine from nothing (I was the person that sent the kids to the pantry to get something for me) to 4-5 times a week. Having 2 pair of exercise pants this gets a little tricky by the end of the week… It’s also getting tricky now that I’ve lost almost 20 lbs as those pants don’t quite fit! This is a great problem. My run yesterday involved holding the phone (that is our Couch to 5K timer) in one hand and holding up my pants with the other.
I can’t say that I love exercise, but I do love the time it’s giving me with my big girls each morning before everyone else gets up. We run and walk together each day, and that gives us time to talk about things we never have time for during the day. If this is all I get out of it and I never lost a pound it’s totally worth it. Turns out my 11 year olds have big thoughts and funny ideas that I never knew. I got a tank top from Cents of Style that sums up our workout time completely, now it’s time to grab some new pants and maybe a tank top for the girls to match!
Tip: From the tank I got recently, I can say that the sizes run a tad small. I normally wear a medium t-shirt and the large tank is a better fit for me.
