              insert variations

Did you know that every area and paper get different coupons?

This is one of the biggest things that can frustrate couponers… we all want the great coupon and only a few select areas got it. Each week volunteers send in their insert lists so to show exactly what came in your area. I take these and put them into the coupon database. In turn you can then have shopping lists that only show the coupons in your area!! Take a look at this week’s coupon insert variations from 8/23.

Click on your newspaper to see which coupons you actually received.

If you’re paper is not covered and you’re interested in helping, feel free to email me at jenny@southernsavers.com for directions. I promise it’s easy!

As folks send me the lists I will update this page.

              A legend for the list:
Black = You got this coupon!
Red = Not in this insert
Blue = A change in value or a new coupon not in the preview.

                  nonnisthinaddictives

With school back in session, a lot of us are running around and trying to get back into our routine.  When we’re rushing out the door, I need something quick to eat that I won’t feel guilty about eating.  That’s where Nonni’s THINaddictives come in.

THINaddictives are 100 calorie treats that are low fat and low carb with 3 grams of protein per serving.  If you’ve been looking for a good snack for your kids to enjoy in their lunch box to hold them over between meals, this is a great option.  They’re in conveinently portioned packs and made with real, wholesome ingredients.  You have a few flavors to choose from — but why choose when you can try them all.

I’ve tried these crunchy almond treats a couple of times and out of Pistachio, Cranberry, Cinnamon Raisin, Blueberry Oat, Banana Dark Chocolate and Mango Coconut, my favorite flavor is still the Cranberry.

You’re going to have to start hiding the box from them or they’ll all be gone before you know it.

                  The Giveaway:

5 Southern Savers readers are going to win 2 boxes of THINaddictives and 2 free product coupons.
