Starting next Wednesday Harris Teeter will run super doubles from 10/30 to 11/5. This means any coupon $2 or less will double!! You’ll still be limited to 20 coupons doubled per day, but it makes for a ton of deals!!
Here’s a list of mostly regular priced deals with all the coupons that are $1.25 to $2. I’ve thrown in a few $1 off coupons too (there are over 2,000 $1 off coupons so that will take me a bit). You’ll notice that most of the deals are in personal care and pharmacy since most grocery coupons are less than $1. Since they double coupons less than $1 everyday of the week normally, try to stick with the $1 or greater coupons.
This is the first of three lists I will post. Remember with the new saved list feature you can save all of these to same shopping list and keep working on your list for the next 5 days before the sale starts! Tune in Monday for another list of deals in the weekly ad.

Get ready to cheer for Frugal Date Friday! Head to a local high school football game and bring out your team spirit.
This is a great way to support the local community and possibly watch some quality entertainment (depending on how well your school plays).
Grab some hot cocoa and bundle up if it will be chilly. This would be even more fun if you could head back to the high school you or your spouse attended.
Tickets usually run around $5 each, but you may be able to get discount if you purchase them early. Remember to dress in the school colors

A huge way to save on gifts and regular household needs is price matching other stores sales. Last year Target shook up the standard and started price matching online retailers. They announced yesterday that they will continue their online price match policy through December 21st of this year (and probably will extend it past then too). They did make a few small changes to the policy starting November 1st that you might want to know.
The Basics (no changes)
Who do they price match?
Target.com, Amazon.com, Walmart.com, BestBuy.com, ToysRUs.com, BabiesRUs.com or a competitor’s local printed ad.
How do you price match?
Buy an item at a Target store then find the identical item for less in the following week’s Target weekly ad or within seven days. Price match at Customer Service before your purchase or by bringing in your original Target store receipt and proof of the current lower price.
Can you use coupons with a price match?
You can still use a Target and manufacturer coupon. However the Target coupon will be applied before the price match. If after they take the Target coupon their is still a price difference they will then match the price. The manufacturer coupon will be taken off after the price match.
Is there anything they won’t price match?
With many online stores allowing 3rd party sellers, they will only price match deals that are sold directly by Amazon, Walmart etc. They also won’t match used, refurbished or liquidated items. For local ads they will not price match any store that requires a paid membership to get the price (i.e. Costco, Sams). Deals that have no price listed, only a percent off or dollar off amount can’t be price matched either.
Changes for the Holiday Season
The biggest change is that they are extending their price match window. Normally they will only match ads within 7 days of your purchase. Starting November 1st, If you purchase a qualifying item at Target between Nov. 1 and Dec. 21 and then find it for less at Target.com, a local competitor’s printed ad or one of the online retailers listed above they will match the price and refund the difference. That means you have 48 days (not including Black Friday) to watch a better deal!
New Store Pickup
Target is unveiling a new “Store Pickup” service. When you are shopping Target.com you will have the ability to buy items online and pick them up the same day at a Target store where the item is in stock. The service began rolling out in select stores in October and will be available in all U.S. stores by Nov. 1. Certain items – such as groceries, limited-time offerings like designer collaborations and merchandise sold only on Target.com— aren’t eligible for Store Pickup. Also, the service won’t be available Thanksgiving week this year, Sunday Nov. 24 through Saturday Nov. 30.
Black Friday?
Please know that they will not price match any deals on Black Friday.
Tips for Price Matching
Kroger has a great eCoupon available today. It isn’t for their usual free item, but instead you can get Cheez-It Zingz Baked Snack Crackers for $1.
The crackers make a perfect snack and are very tasty. My girls are huge fans of Cheez-It, so they’ll be excited.
The coupon is available today, 10/25, only. It will expire 11/9.
There is a limit of 1.

There is a new Colgate Optic White coupon this morning that is high value savings! You’ll want to print this now since it’s such a good coupon and hang on to it for a sale.
Or you can use it at CVS through tomorrow where they are offering $5 Extra Care Bucks wyb $10 in Colgate Optic White items! Check out this deal scenario I just wrote about that includes Colgate Optic White mouthwash and lots of other great products.
Colgate Optic White Coupon:
$2 off Colgate Optic White mouthwash, 1 L or 33.8 oz (zip 30003) printable
If you are signed up to get CVS emails, then many weeks you will get 25% or 30% off coupons that are good off your total purchase. These are awesome coupons, but they have a catch… you can’t use them on sale items. Many folks email me asking exactly what they can use them on. Rather than you think they are useless I thought I would start to show you just how great they can be.
First: They come on Thursday’s but depending on when you print them, they will be good through the next Wednesday (don’t look at the date in the email it is always 4 days from when you print it). So you will need to decide whether you want to use it this week or next week.
What can it be used on?
Look for deals in the ad that print ExtraCare Rewards but don’t have prices listed. On the Southern Savers list that will usually be the deals that have a number of products with prices listed below the deal. These are there to give you ideas of what to grab and the regular price of items. While all of these print a reward, the big key is that they aren’t actually on sale.
Here are two ideas of what you could get depending on when you want to shop.
