Redbox sent out an email yesterday saying that they would give free rental codes out via text message on Monday. If you aren’t getting their text messages,get started by texting DEALS to 727272.
They tend to send two codes per month to my phone. You will pay standard text messaging rates on your phone if you don’t have free texts.
I’ve had many of you email this weekend asking me to post about ways to help folks recovering from Hurricane Sandy. Growing up in Florida I know many people want to send items and help in a very tangible way, which is awesome… but many times it’s not exactly the best.
Right now with mail problems due to gas shortages and poor conditions, I would urge any that want to help not to send packages but instead to donate.
It’s very easy to donate money, but there are actually ways that will make your money go further! Pick one of these companies that are currently matching donations made to Red Cross:
