I recently received a pair of Squeakers for my 4-year-old to try out and to let you guys know about. It seems like she never has any shoes for church when we go to get ready Sunday mornings, so I knew i wanted to find some nice looking shoes (not sneakers). They had plenty of really cute and stylish shoes to choose from – it was hard to just pick one shoe. I found the Ava White Sandal, and it was just what we needed!
Squeakers are shoes designed to help kids learn proper heal-to-toe movement with a “squeak” when they walk correctly. Kids love the sound they make, and I will say it makes keeping up with energetic little ones a little easier. After about 10 minutes I can’t really handle the squeaks (and we can’t have squeaking in church) so don’t worry if the squeaking noise gets to be a little too much for you, it’s really easy to remove the squeaker from the shoes. Squeakers come in toddler sizes 3-10, and they even have lots of fun accessories to match the shoes.
