I’m excited that Becoming 2011 is finally here!!
If you missed the announcement back in July, this is an awesome conference that is hosted by myself and three other bloggers focusing on Becoming more Creative, Purposeful and Frugal. While tickets are sold out, I did want to make sure that anyone coming this weekend was ready with the agenda. There are a number of great sessions so you’ll want to plan out your schedule or tag team with a friend so you don’t miss anything!
Jen from Balancing Beauty & Bedlam and I have worked hard to make this an awesome weekend filled with fun surprises. So get your bags packed!
The Edible Arrangements facebook page is offering you a FREE Pineapple Pop when you make a pledge to eat more fruit.
While you shouldn’t need too much motivation for this since fruit is just so ridiculously delicious, you should know that the USDA recommends that one half of a person’s daily food should consist of fruits and vegetables.
If you’ve been thinking about changing the eating habits of your family, maybe this is the time (especially because it comes with a the free Pineapple Pop)! This offer runs through August 14th.

Okay home organization and back to school might not fit in your mind, but for me they go hand in hand! We homeschool our girls and anything I can use to make things more organized and clean the better our house runs.
When Snapware came in the mail, I immediately began thinking of everything I can use these for: snacks on long road trips, taking desserts to a friends house, or just packing up leftovers! We could also use them to hold all of our Math blocks, shapes, weights etc.
Snapware specializes in storage and organization solutions for the home and kitchen. The package we received was a mixture of products for both areas. I love the Snapware Snap ‘N Stack Food Storage Sandwich Box. My girls love PB&J’s, so this is perfect for an on-the-go lunch. The Sandwich Box is large enough to fit an entire meal with the sandwich in the top half and sides in the bottom. These containers are also leak proof and spill proof, so I don’t have to worry as much about unwanted messes.
These containers are really easy because they can just snap down the 4 sides and you can rest assured that the container is tightly closed!
