Surveys.com is currently accepting applications into their online market research program.  There are a limited number of spots open each month, so if you want to try it take a second and register.

Surveys.com is an Online Research Community operated by GfK.  GfK is a top-ten market research company, working with research firms across the US and Europe.

What do you earn?
In addition to cash rewards, most surveys offer rewards that range from 375 to 750 points.  You also get 25 points for any survey even if you don’t qualify for it!!

The reward points can be exchanged anytime by selecting from a variety of prizes.  They can be as simple as a single MP3 digital music track or $25 dinning certificate, all the way up to major rewards like a Maytag French Door Refrigerator.  Obviously, the more time and effort you put into Surveys.com, the more you can get out of it (though earning that fridge is gonna take a while).

Personally I’ve done their surveys and have enjoyed it.  They are easy to do I tend to get offers at least twice a month.
