This eyeliner is a truly waterproof eyeliner which in my experience is hard to find.  I’ve found a lot of “long lasting” eyeliner, but this waterproof eyeliner glides on easily and doesn’t tug on your eye when you apply.  If you deal with allergies, or watery eyes, this could be the eyeliner for you!
