The grocery trends for July. All of the best deals and what to buy in July.

Summer is officially here and so are one of my favorite foods: tomatoes!  You just can’t beat a fresh, ripe tomato.  I’m a happy camper thinking about a caprese salad and BLT sandwiches for the next few months.  Many produce items are hitting their peak right now, so it’s a great time to try that new cobbler recipe or veggie stir fry.

If you are looking for a source that constantly updates, check out the National Fruit & Vegetable Retail Report issued by the government every couple of weeks. This report gives the top 10 fruits and vegetables and the national percentage of which fruits and vegetables are in store ads.
