After all the Turkey and fixings last week, I am craving some light fresh meals. It can be tough to stay on track with all the holiday feasts going on, so focus on having healthy meal ingredients on hand for the nights that you are home to cook!
Fresh produce can also be harder to find at a discount this time of year. You can mix in what you find on sale, but hopefully you’ve also stocked the freezer with frozen vegetables (or have lots of nice rain checks) to get you through this season.
