Even though summer sometimes means that you have more time on your hands, I don’t know about you, but I don’t necessarily want to spend it in the kitchen. Making big batches of different foods and putting them in the freezer is one way I like to minimize future kitchen time and also have food stocked up for quick meals. And it doesn’t just have to be dinner! I’ve found some great freezer recipes for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner. If you make these freezer recipes and rotate through the items along with the other food you’re cooking, you’ll be good for at least a month!
