Summer is here, and no matter where you live, warm weather has probably brought mosquitoes to your door. Even if you avoid having the kinds of things in your yard that attract them (like standing water), sometimes there’s not much you can do. I’ve rounded up a list of the 7 best mosquito control products currently on the market so that you can actually enjoy being outside this summer!
Remember the one thing you can do is to dump out all standing water around your house. If you have a small pond look into getting a water aerator.

This is a solar powered mosquito repeller that you you can leave in the sun all day so that it will work at night when you want to be outside.
Cutter Backyard Bug Control Spray, $9.20
This product is sprayed on grass and other plants in your yard that you will not be eating (so don’t use this on your vegetable garden!) in order to kill any bugs that may be hiding or nesting there. It’s perfect to spray the night before you have an outdoor party!
Zechuan Electric Mosquito Zapper, $36.98
This is a zapper that attracts flying insects and then kills them. It will work on house flies as well! Anyone else have one of these growing up??
Bonide Mosquito Beater Granules, $13.02
These granules can be spread on the ground in order to kill mosquitoes. Most people said it lasted for 2-3 weeks before they needed to do it again.
ANEWNICE Mosquito Repellent, 8 pack, $19.88
These pouches can be hung around your outdoor area to repel mosquitos if you want to avoid some of the sprays and other chemicals. It would also be great to use if you worry about pets and sprays, as long as you hang these out of reach.
