Amazon Prime members, there’s a NEW perk you’ll want to know about, especially if you love ordering takeout!
Amazon has officially ended its partnership with Grubhub and teamed up with Uber Eats! That means Prime members can now order food from hundreds of thousands of restaurants through Amazon and enjoy $0 delivery fees on qualifying orders.
And to celebrate the launch, Amazon is offering an awesome introductory deal!
Get $20 Off Your First TWO Uber Eats Orders!
For a limited time, Amazon Prime members can save $20 on each of their first two Uber Eats restaurant orders of $25 or more!
That’s up to $40 in savings just for trying out the new benefit!
Here’s how the deal works:
- Get $20 off your first qualifying order of $25 or more.
- Get another $20 off your second qualifying order of $25 or more.
- Both promotional orders must be placed within the first 14 days of the offer.
- Order directly through Amazon.com or the Amazon Shopping app.
For example, a $25 food order could drop to just $5 before taxes, fees, and tip!

What Else Is Included with Amazon Prime?
The new Uber Eats partnership isn’t just a one-time promotion. Prime members also get an ongoing food delivery benefit!
$0 Delivery Fees on Restaurant Orders of $25 or More
You can order from participating local restaurants and national favorites without paying a delivery fee when your qualifying order reaches $25.
Even better, you don’t need to download another app or create an Uber Eats account. Just use your existing Amazon account to browse restaurants, place an order, and pay.
Keep in mind that service fees, taxes, and tips may still apply.
Another Bonus for Prime Visa Cardholders!
If you have an eligible Prime Visa credit card, there’s another opportunity to save.
Earn 5% back on Uber Eats orders placed through Amazon through December 5, 2026!
That’s an extra perk for cardholders who already use their Prime Visa for everyday purchases.
What Happens to Your Grubhub+ Benefit?
Previously, Amazon Prime members received complimentary Grubhub+ benefits, including free delivery on qualifying restaurant orders.
As of November 5, Amazon has ended that partnership and replaced it with Uber Eats.
If you’ve been using Grubhub through your Prime membership, you’ll now want to look for the Uber Eats option directly on Amazon.
Is This a Good Deal?
If you’re already paying for Amazon Prime, absolutely take a look! If not, sign up for a 30-day free Prime trial!
The introductory offer alone could save you up to $40 on two restaurant orders. And if you regularly order delivery, having $0 delivery fees on qualifying orders is another way to get more value out of a membership you’re already paying for.
Of course, our advice is to always compare your final total with ordering directly from the restaurant. Delivery apps sometimes have higher menu prices or additional service fees, so free delivery doesn’t automatically mean the lowest price. But, some nights you have to weigh out time versus costs especially when you’re busy with family schedules.
But when you can stack a $20 discount with $0 delivery fees? It’s definitely worth checking out!
