If you are trying to save money on printer ink, it is probably time to get a new printer. My favorite printer for printing coupons is the Brother HL 2240. You can currently get a great deal on this printer!

If you are cool with a slightly different model, Amazon has the Brother HL 2230 for $49.99 right now. The only difference is that this one doesn’t have Automatic Duplex Printing.
If you don’t already have one, you’ll also need a Belkin Hi-Speed USB 2.0 Cable. Your current printer probably already has one, but if not, you can get one for less than $5.

This is the big brother of the basic model. It is a printer, copier, scanner that is wireless!! It is normally $199… so grabbing it this week for $95 is pretty awesome!
What’s so great about it?
The Brother Printer is a black & white laser printer. It can print 500-700 sheets with the toner it comes with and then you can replace the toner with a high yield cartridge for around $20. The replacement will print 1700-2000 sheets! For the cost of one inkjet replacement you have a new awesome printer!!
Seriously guys, I have 2 of these and haven’t replaced the toner in either of them in the past year.

Where To Buy Replacement Toner
Now that so many readers have this printer (it’s that good), I often get asked where to buy replacement toner. If you want the name-brand stuff, you are going to spend $50 or more.
I have always bought the off-brand options available on sites like Amazon. I have been very pleased and they work great with my printer.
