Normally I hate to see negative comments on here, but is it just me or is the cash card promo a total joke this week?

      • SeeMomSave

Actually, I’m running low on makeup and in addition to the $10 gc I should be able to reach my $5 ebc for spending $50 on make up.  Might not be too bad after all…

      • Darlene

I was thinking the same thing…..

        •  I thought the same thing…but there are some other deals that really make up for it.  I think between HT and CVS I’m going to end up with a LOT of Ragu!  Seems to be the big deal of the week!

    • Emily

The $3/2 John Frieda products (briliant brunette, blonde, red products) should apply towards the shampoo since the shampoo comes in that line.

      • Emily

        and conditioner as well

      • happy couponer

where did you find coupon. went to website and could not find.

      • Jsingle1

please let us know where you found this coupon.  Thanks!

        • Emily

She has a printable underneath the John Frieda deal that takes you to the Wal-Mart site and there is a link you click on to “Get Coupon”

This isn’t a good week at all. I sure hope that it’s better next week. The cash card deals are terrible.

      • Ashlyn

I agree. I’d have to buy a ton of makeup or
A cart full of small priced items to even spend $30!! Disappointing on the cash card deal this week :(

      • Ashlyn

I agree. I’d have to buy a ton of makeup or
A cart full of small priced items to even spend $30!! Disappointing on the cash card deal this week :(

      • puki1977

As a Nexxus user its not a bad deal since there are NEVER Nexxus coupons.  CVS is the only place I ever get a deal on it.

    • tallymom

Excited for a good diaper deal! It has been a while. Maybe I will branch out and try LUVS. Can’t beat that price!

      • Syndilew

Go for the Pampers instead of the Luvs.  With 3 Pampers and 1 wipes with coupons it makes it the same price as the Luvs because there aren’t any coupons.  HTH  Plus the Pampers will go towards buy 6 get the 7th free.  Not trying to be bossy, just trying to help.

Is that promo still going on with CVS the buy 6 get the 7th free?

          • Chele17rene

I bought my last huggies the begining of jan. and never got my print out & i call corp. and they told me it ended 12/31. i told him it would have been nice to have let us know that  i would have bought it the wk before to get my free diapers.

        • Michelle D.

Dont think that promo is going on anymore

        • Spammy81

Mine used to do the buy X amount of diapers get 1 free. But I havent seen it print on my receipt since the beginning of the year? Anyone know if they still do this?

      • CYR

everyone is different.. Luvs was my sis n law’s favorite diaper.  When I had my baby shower of course I got every brand of diaper out there and I hated the luvs… not just disliked but hated… but everyone is different.  For me they got this weird gel thing going on when they got wet….

        • robzwife33

Luvs fell apart on us. Really the elastic seperated from the leg and it just hung there loose.

    • Karen

I’m not sure how the Centrum Silver deal works, they are $6.99 each and it says (buy (2), use (2) $3 off, makes it $1.99 ea.) What am I missing.

      • Glenda

That is including the ECB that you will get back with the purchase…

      • Peg

        2 @ 6.99 = 13.98 less $6 coupons = 7.98 less $4 ECB you get for buying 2 = 3.98 for 2

    • Jody

Not doing any cash card promotion this week, I have tons of make-up and laundry detergent!!

    • Nic

I bought milk today and tried to use a coupon worth $1 off any TG Lee product I had printed before. They said they no longer accept printable coupons. True?

      • Melissa

might just be your CVS. I know my CVS had to stop taking some sort of Printable Water coupon a few months back. Someone in your area is probably copying their printables and the store isnt getting its money back . . .

      • Mmader2

I use this coupon everytime it resets.  I computor/only 2 prints.  Never had a problem.

    • Bella’s Mom

There is a $5 off Neosporin Essentials trial pack on the Neosporin website. Thats a great deal paired with the $5 ECBs.

      • Freedomspradley1

I went to the website and printed the coupon and it was only for $3 off.

      • Freedomspradley1

Nevermind.  I found the $5 off coupon for the trial pack just below the $3 coupon.

    • Melissa

I like some of the deals this week, but I am really wandering if any CVS in the country has 6 Ragu pasta sauces total, let alone for more than one person to do a deal at the same store . . .

      • Jrmartin

I bought six ragu pasta sauces at CVS last year and there were plenty more on the shelf.

      • Exsquid22

Rumor has it ragu will be $.11 at kroger with the upcoming coupon.

        • wendyc33

Ragu is b1g1 at publix now for 2.19/2 jars. Use them there and pay .19 cents for 2 jars. for doubled coupon areas anyway.

    • Tinafyffe

how do you get the cvs reinventing beauty magazine?

      • Caseyr1417

usually in the store down the make up isle, if not, you may be able to get it at the front counter. sometimes they sell out though

      • Vguvuku

        Some stores don’t get them

    • KK

does anyone have a zip code that works for the American Greeting B2G1 coupon?

      • Sjg

    • Lizzie115115

Im new to CVS and was wondering if the $10 CVS cash card is issued for spending $30 after or before coupons?

      • nasatiger

It’s after coupons but before tax.

        • nasatiger

Wait, sorry, I definitely said that backwards. It’s before coupons but also before tax. So sorry!
You don’t have to actually spend $30 to get the card if you have coupons.

    • guest

in reply to KK —I used zipcode 30630 for the American greeting cards

    • Scubagirl Kim

I found a $2 coupon tear pad for Tom’s at Albertsons which makes the deal free plus $1 profit. Also there is a $3 peelie on some physicians formula cosmetics which makes that free too.

    • cook52

On 1/19 I printed out a Drugstore Freebies Sneak Peek that  Jenny posted saying  CVS would be running a $4 ECB for Thermacare Wraps.this week.,  I didn’t see it listed, Did I miss it?

      • Rudy6

It’s under the Pfizer products deal!

    • Sasale1216

I can’t find the Hellman’s coupon.  Did anyone find it?

      • Sdavisva

It was there last night…I didn’t print it b/c I didn’t know I was going to need it.  I just went to print it for next week’s CVS trip and it was G-O-N-E, GONE.  Maybe it will come back???

    • Dixiegirlinafrica05

I had the most amazing week last week.  I bought a bunch of the 75% off clearanced Loreal haircolor, priced at about $2.44 & $2.66 a piece, and I had coupons that were $5/2 and $3 off, making these free plus some overage if your cashier doesn’t mark the coupon down.  The second transaction, the cashier said “and you have $10 ECB on your receipt!” I was like “for what??”  It said on it, for purchasing $25 worth of Loreal. I was stunned!!  I didn’t pay anything except tax for these haircolors, didn’t use a single ECB towards them either, and ended up getting $10 ECB back!!  SO excited!!!

      • Heidi

I did exactly the same thing – such an amazing deal, ended up with $40 ECB’s – totally awesome (almost felt as if they were paying me to take their clearance items or to get out of their stores for the week) .. high smileage :)!

    • Akosuda

Have to share an awesome deal I just did at CVS–I happened upon it, so someone else might as well.  Schick women’s Intuition Razors are 10.49. $3.00 ECB on one—then add the 2.00 coupon I had on each one–a great deal, and then there is a promotion on the package where you buy 2, get a free $10 itunes gift card.  -Got them both for $4 and I already have the itunes card as it is downloadable…yay!

    • Girlielikes@save

I got an Email from CVS “get 25% off just for you” so I went to CVS to take advantage of the great deal they are having on the listerines and I scanned my CVS card at the coupon machine and it gave me a “get 25% off just for you” coupon! Well, when I paid the 25% applied when I gave the cashier my cvs card…now I’m wondering if the coupon I got from the coupon machine inside CVS is still valid???hmm? that would be awesome what do yall think?

      • Yuliyaporter

No, it is  the  same  coupon  and  it  will beep if you try  to  use  it.  Have you  sent  it  to  your  card?

      • Jen

if you already sent it to your card then when it prints at the store coupon center it will usually say somewhere on it “sent to card” I guess it prints at the store as a reminder.

    • Anonymous

Has anyone else had this problem?  Bought vitamins totaling $29 at CVS this week.  Used 25% CVS Q for discount of $7.25.  I used $21 ECB and expected to pay the rest (basically tax and a few more cents) but after using the ECBs, the register recalculated my discount (voided the $7.25 discount and only gave me $4.25 for the coupon..  Cashier and mgr couldn’t figure out how to stop this process.

      • Adk

If any of the items you purchased were on sale it voids the coupon.

        • Anonymous

Thanks for your thoughts!  I only bought 2 of the same items – MagOx ($14.49 a piece), and they weren’t on sale.  The discount worked properly until I paid with ECBs.  Weird, huh!

      • Anonymous

I’ve had it happen to me several times and I finally figured it out.  Some ECBs are coded as manufacturer (mostly the ones that you get for buying specific products) and some ECBs are coded as store ECBs (quarterly rewards and Beauty Club ECBs for example).  If you use Store coded ECBs, the register counts that as a reduction of your total and you don’t get the 25% discount on those.  Check it out on your recipt and see if this holds. If

      • canes

it takes off any coupons and recaculates the 25%

    • Robinwlynch

There’s a $1 coupon in PG 1/1 for Clearblue Pregnancy Tests

    • Diana

I don’t see the $1.00 ecb for the M&M’S. Anyone know about this. It said it was from the new CVS ad.

      • Greenfearn

I got the 1.00 ECB for M&Ms today

    • Levine

I am a newbie to this. On next week ad states if you spend 12.00 you can get $6 ecb. With that being said if my subtotal is 12.00 can I then use my coupons and other ecb that I have not used yet and pay the difference at the end; will I still be entitled to those $6 ecb?

      • stacyannw

yes it is $12.00 before coupons, so you can use you coupons and still get the ECB’s

    • Babybuck2004

Just thought I would mention there is a $1 off any 2 Puffs coupon. I received a PG booklet a few weeks ago when I bought a pack of tissues. Works out great with the Puff tissues this week. $ .88 buy 2, use the $1 coupon and end up paying $ .76 for 2 boxes of tissues. Taking them to the teacher at my son’s school.

    • ym

Just found a $5 rebate form WYB $10 in colgate-palmolive products in the 1/29 SS. The Speed Stick deodorant is a product! Fine print says “not valid in combination with any other offer”. Does this mean the B1G1 coupon? I know I can still do the CVS deal spend $12 get $6 EB!

      • GaPeach

You should be fine, although it might be a good idea to do this as part of a larger transaction.  In other words, do this with some other items that don’t have coupons, and don’t use ECB’s to pay for this transaction, so that Colgate/Palmolive doesn’t have an incentive to reduce/rescind your rebate because you were able to take advantage of good timing.

    • savymom

I would have loved to get some of the deals for this week.  I went  into CVS tonight only to find an employee in the store (off the clock) was toting boxes and had about 4 carts full at the registers.  I went around looking for the items I wanted, but the shelves were CLEARED!  Can they really do this as an employee of the store????  She was ringing up her own things although she was not on the clock???

      • Mmader2

That’s to bad and should never be allowed.  They also know when the truck is coming in, and can pick up the rest of their deals then.

      • Cindy

This should be reported to the store manager.

        • Mcleodsc

report it-at the CVS where I shop most cashiers are not allowed to ring up their own stuff. If they buy a Coke then another cashier has to ring it up.

      • Guest

Inconsiderate people go in and clear shelves all the time.

    • Mmader2

Deodorant, deodorant, deodorant!  Plan on picking up 12 of the Speed Stick deals.  With a husband and two boys I never have enough.

    • Ladyb

I don’t see the ECB deal for the greeting cards in the circular. Am I missing it?

      • Codabella2

        its with the valentine stuff.

    • Scubagirl Kim

Bic Solei women’s razors and cartridges are on clearance75% off for $3.99. Buy two use the b1g1 coupon for bic disposables which automatically takes off 6.99. Only 98 cents for two packs of razor cartridges or razors. Coupon works great. I got 6 with no beeps at check out.

      • Clouds200120022003

What City are you in for this deal?

        • Scubagirl Kim

      • canes

how can you use a coupon for disposal razors on cartidges and razor? seems like stealing to me

        • Danim13

The coupon she’s referring to clearly shows pictures of 4 different Bic Soleil disposable razors.  Maybe you should check something like that before accusing her of using a coupon for a different item & accusing her of stealing.

          • canes

maybe you should read her post stating CARTRIDGES AND RAZOR not disposables

            • Scubagirl Kim

I bet you take the full value $3.99 on the speed stick coupon even though you only paid $1.99; That’s stealing if you think about it. I suggest you don’t comment and preach to people on this site. This comment area I would imagine was designed to help each other out; not to citizen and condem others. Have a lovely day.

            • does it matter

Yeah but we use the coupon on the RIGHT product not consciously on the wrong thing so she is doing coupon fraud if you wanne put that way.

            • Scubagirl Kim

Technically stealing either way. But if you feel better about yourself stealing on the correct product good for you. E ticket to heaven baby!!!!!

      • Anonymous

Which insert is the Bic disposables in….this week?  My mind is overwhelmed right now…I’m sick and my sweet husband said he would run out for me, so I’m trying to get my stuff together so he can go.  Thank you so much for your help!

    • Tattooedallover69

there is a rebate for phizer products that was in this weeks paper. buy 3 products get $10 back. advil is one of them

      • Tattooedallover69

just say another rebate for the speed stick for $5

      • Ladyb

Do the 3 products all have to be bought in one transaction?

        • Crownstar

No. they don’t have to be done in same transaction since you have to send in receipts for the rebate.

          • Ladyb

Does anyone have an extra phizer rebate form? My paper didn’t have it :(  Be glad to trade some q’s. Please email at ladyb@windstream.net

          • Tattooedallover69

actually yes they do i called the rebate company today. all on one reciept

    • Check your receipts when you’re still in the store.  My ECB for the Cadbury egg did not print and I had to get the cashier to print it for me.

    • smash

Also posted on the Pepsi entry, but if you didn’t read that:
re:  buy Pepsi 3/$10, get $4 ECB back:

Important twist to this deal:   Crush is included, but as a SEPARATE item!
went to the register with 2 pepsis and 1 crush, and didn’t get my $4
off.   Once I inspected my receipt, there are two notations:
Pepsi, Buy 3 Get 4 EB  (I only had Qty 2 toward this reward)  and
Crush, Buy 3 Get 4 EB  (I only had Qty 1 toward this reward).

Not terribly thrilled at the additional OOP expense, but if it all averages out to $2 per, that’s not so bad.

    • Meandmystar82

Just went to CVS, did the buy $15 Dove get $5 ECB.  Make sure you check your receipts… i Bought a shampoo and conditioner for 2/$7 and then two men’s body care.  They are ringing up as seperate rewards and not together. I had to get a manager to print me the $5 ECB because the ad said all of these items qualified for the $5 ECB but the register was showing it as two different rewards.

    • Bloodboughtandfree

If I use the Extra Care Bucks will CVS give me the change, or do the ECB’s have to be for exact amount?

      • canes

you will lose any remaining change

    • Haley

With the Speed Stick – they ring up 1.99, but then the B1G1 coupon take the full price of one item off ($3.99) – meaning they both come up for free – and you get the $6ECB when you spend 12!

      • swirlypop

Was going to post the same thing!  Gotta love overage.

      • Elizabeth

Question…I was looking in the Smart Source today and near the section with Colgate/Palmolive products was a rebate…spend $10 on Colgate, Palmolive, Irish SPring, and a few other and get $5 back.  Will this rebate work in conjuction with the ECB deals and coupons???

        • LCook530

No.  On the rebate it says ‘not good with any other offer’.  Coupons and ECB’s count towards the ‘other offer’ part.

          • Charlotte Franklin

That’s a bummer!!  So, in order to do that rebate deal, you can’t use coupons? I’m sorta new to this couponing thing…

          • Tattooedallover69

i would not think so since they put the coupons in the paper below the rebate for you not to use. i am going to try it anyways. i bought the ideas anyway cause of the deal. never had a problem before.

      • Sparen_und_nix_zahlen

Same thing happend to me :) I was sooooo Happy I got 4 of them plus 3 american greeting cards plus 2 Colgate plus the chocolate egg and payed $5.50 for all that with only coupons no ECB :D

      • Christie

        Mee Toooo!!! Luv it….

      • Mcleodsc

Cashier input the 1.99 price for the coupon so it will vary depending on your cashier

        • Julissadania2004

yes my cashier did the same thing she change the value of 3.99 to 1.99 I guess it was ok I hope they don’t sent that coupon for the whole value to the manufacture.

    • Crownstar

went to walmart and got my free Vaseline lotions.  there aer 2 coupons inSmartsource for $1.00 Vaseline lotions 3oz +.  BOTH are at Walmart for .97 cents, making them absolutely free + 3 cents overage.  Breathright strips and got 2.00+ overage for the strips. Not a bad morning

      • wendyc33

how much for the breathe right strips there? and what coupon did you use or for how much?

        • Crownstar

At Walmart the breath right 2 count are .94  cents.  The coupon was in today’s paper for $1.50 off any breath right strips 12 count or LESS! That’s what the coupon said.  The 2 count are on hang tags in Walmart, not with the regular breathe right strips

          • Maria

Are they next to the registers?

      • Levine

I do not see the breathe right strips in my paper today. what insert is it in? Thanks

    • Crownstar

Also the Colgate on sale at CVS are Colgate Sensitive, not Colgate Sensitive Pro Relief, can’t use the CVS reinventing mag coupons for these.  The coupons in my area were for 60 cents off 2 for Ragu, couldn’t do that deal.  Polident is considered a Glaxo SmithKline product; can use the $5.00 off purchase of $10 coupon from ReInventing, if you really need Polident and don’t use the Polident coupon that expires TODAY! Finally, look at the Loreal spend $15 get 5 ECB, doesn’t exclude clearance. The ECB didn’t auto print, but could push the issue if you purchaed $15 of Loreall cosmetics from clearance wth one of he 100 coupons we have LOL!  I did!

    • wendyc33

does it include the optic white brand (colgate) i only have those coupons for colgate.

      • Crownstar

No, Colgate Optic white is not part of the deal I was referring to, which is spend 12 get 6 ECBs.  I was responding to the posting above that said we could use the Pro Relief Sensitve coupons from the Reinventing mag.  The deal also includes regular Colgate Total.  BUT we got coupons today for ANY Colgate (i think( that should work toward the deal.

    • Crownstar

    • I can’t find the Speed Stick OR the Irish Spring in any of my inserts (I know it’s supposed to be in SS, but it isn’t) I’m Augusta, GA. Am I just missing it or is just not in this area?

      • Crownstar

could be regional coupon…but I live in FL and got both in SS, actually both coupons are on the same page, on different sides.  In my paper they were appx 8 pages in immediately behind an ad for Dollar General.  Dollar General must be paying some money to have their ads smack in the middle of the inserts!

        • Gotcha. Dollar General must be paying BIG bucks…they have a whole insert, front and back with Dollar General coupons. Bummer :(

      • Crownstar

could be regional coupon…but I live in FL and got both in SS, actually both coupons are on the same page, on different sides.  In my paper they were appx 8 pages in immediately behind an ad for Dollar General.  Dollar General must be paying some money to have their ads smack in the middle of the inserts!

      • Kcreviews

I didn’t get them in my SS either. In fact, most of the coupons I needed to use this week to get the deals at CVS were MIA from my inserts.

        • Levine

I found them in the SC paper

    • Greenfearn

Can someone tell me where to find the rebate for the Colgate-Polmolive?  I don’t see it in today’s Smart Source. Tallahassee Democrat. Thanks!  I have 10 inserts if anyone wants to do some trading.

      • rose

I’m in tally…what kind of trading?

    • luve2shop1972

what circular was the B1G1 for Soeed Stick deodorant in ?

      • Christie

        Smart Source

    • Kcreviews

My CVS did not have the Pretzel M&Ms on sale along with the other ones, so I couldn’t use the coupons to get them for $1 per bag. :(

      • Crownstar

The M&M pretzels were not where the valentine candy was at.  did you check where the regular candy was..its a dark blue bag, I had to FIND it! Most CVS sales are national, so they typically have the same items on sale. First time trying, taste great and at $1 bag after ECB can’t beat.  I think I’ll get some more even without the ECB LOL!

    • Crownstar

i meant to say a bright blue bag, not dark blue.

    • Benny

Is it just me or are the deals getting worse by the week?  Are the manufacturer’s tired of dealing with us couponers?

      • Anonymous

I think companies are having to find places to cut back too like most consumers.

I was just telling my husband today that first came the sales that were Buy 1 Get 1 50% off…..now it’s the coupons that are 30/2, 50/2, 75/2, $1/2, etc.   I’m still thankful that it’s some savings.

    • Dtcox1

in my paper today i got 1 ss 2 red plums 1 pand g

    • Dtcox1

loved the deal today phy formual make ups buy 10.00 get 7.00 back in xb they have a lot of new summer products with 2.00 off on pks  got one 10.99 take 2.00 off  got back 7.00 wow only 1,99

    • Mljnc13

to make the speedstick deal better, there was a $5 rebate when you spend $10 in specific colgate/polmolive products in  today’s paper.

      • Greenfearn

Where exactly is that rebate?  I can’t find it!  Thanks. Val

      • Anonymous

What does it say is the beginning rebate date?  I read on another blog that it doesn’t start until tomorrow, Jan 30….I didn’t get a form so I don’t know for sure.

      • guest

Rebate starts today but it says it cannot be combined with any other offer. Don’t think it is going to work using coupons and ECB.

    • Sarah

My circular shows DiGiorno pizzas are B1G1.  Pair that with the -$2/ 2 from today’s paper may make that a good deal.  :)

      • vicki

        how much is the pizza?

        • Yfcyfctcfty

      • Anonymous

Are those the large pizzas?  Because my coupons states $2 off of 2 large digiorno pizzas.

    • Julissadania2004

yes my cashier did the same thing she change the value of 3.99 to 1.99 not bad

    • Julissadania2004

what does it mean when my This week Extra Bucks offers said colgate spend 12 get 6 eb amount this reward 11.94 and then amount needed to earn reward .06 but my $6 ebc printed confuse

      • Sandra

often times if you are a few cents away it prints the ebc.

If you got the 3 ECB from Am. Greetings Cards a few weeks ago, can you use those 3 ECB to buy Am. Greetings cards this week and still get the ECB?

      • Mcclellanda79

Yes. I got mine today even though I did the deal 2 Weeks a

      • Anonymous

Yes you can.  ECBs are like money and do not restrict the products you can buy with them (except for standard disclaimers abotu alcohol tobacco etc).  They are NOT like the RRs from Walgreens in that manner.

      • Anonymous

You must shop at Wags with their crazy rules! Lol! Cvs is much easier to deal with. Use ecbs on anything, but they won’t give you change. They could, however, adjust the amount down if you don’t mind losing a few pennies.

I did the Hallmark card deal today.  I had a hard time finding any .99 cards. The last time they had this promotion (a couple of weeks ago), they were tons!  I think the company intentionally removed them (temporarily) until this promotion is over.  I think that’s a little sneaky, but whatever.  I don’t blame CVS because they don’t deal directly with the greeting cards.

    • Guest1

I can’t remember if CVS allows this: using a B1G1 Free coupon in conjunction with another coupon for the item you are paying for?

      • Mcclellanda79

Yes you can use one bogo coupon and one coupon with cents/dollars off one coupon (note: it cannot be a cents/dollars off two coupon.

        • Guest1

          great, thanks for the help

    • Mismelisss

Don’t know if anyone posted about this yet… While there is 4ECB on certain Shick products, today it also applied to shaving gel AND on endcaps placed today there is one for Shick.  Each endcap has 4 men’s & 4 women’s Shick shaving gels w/ $2 peely coupons on this. That makes each Shick shaving gel about $1.60-2.00 – after coupon.  After ECB, you are being paid $2+ to take it out of the store.  I made it to 4 CVSs in my area… some hadn’t placed the endcap out yet so be sure to check 1st thing tomorrow or late tonight if yours is 24 hours… these will be gone fast.

      • Mismelisss

On a side note, all women’s Schick skintimate shaving gel was under $4 so it’s free to take out of the store when you get your 4ECB.  Some of you may have 55c mfr coupons (if peelys are gone).  Also, I just heard that the only Schick gels working are the hydro sensitive or skintimate skin therapy – not their other shaving gels.

        • Mcclellanda79

I saw the end cap in my store today. I didn.t buy any gel because the ad didn.t state the gel was included in the ecb offer. Will this deal be good all week?

          • Mcclellanda79

Also is there a limit on this deal? The paper ad doesnt show a limit.

            • Mismelisss

              There is NO limit :)  I purchased 23 today @ 4 stores… some peely’s were gone & I only purchased shaving gel’s w/ the extra $2 off coupon.

            • Fallaya

Why would you need 23 cans of shave cream?

            • guessst

              BIG legs, apparently…

            • Hairxpert4

            • Mismelisss

              I have 4 brothers & a sister… so yes.

            • Mismelisss

& am a college student… so anything I can get paid for, you had better believe I’m going to do it!  But if people feel the need to be so rude, I don’t need to & won’t post in the future.

            • OKellyatl

Shame on your CVS for allowing you to clear the shelves!

            • CP

Thanks for leaving some for the rest of us.

            • Mcclellanda79

Well the early bird gets the worm. I hope to buy 10 if they have that many. With 4 people shaving in my home that.s only 4 or 5 months supply. Regardless of how many she bought, I appreciate the heads up. I don.t think anybody can honestly say they would only buy 1 when it.s a money maker. But hey, she did leave the ones without peelies so it.s still a freebie just not a money maker.

            • DianaY19

Can you, or someone, explain exactly how this works?  What did you buy, coupons, ecb, etc.?

            • Mcclellanda79

I went and got 10 today. The deal is good on Schick hydrogel 8.4 Oz bottles priced @ 4.49 and on skintimate 7 Oz bottles priced @ $3.99. Some bottles might have $2 peelie coupons. Thosr are the money makers. Even without coupons, you are getting the skintimates free (only pay tax) after the value of the ecb. My store actually had the sale stickers right infront of the gels. Sticker stated buy 1 get$4ecb (valid 1/29_2/4). So this is a valid sale

          • Mismelisss

You’re right, it isn’t listed but it did work.  This deal may be a mistake so I would try to get back asap in case they figure it out & fix it soon.

          • Ginger

            It didn’t work for me

        • Scubagirl Kim

Don’t worry what the rude people say. I also benefited from your post today. I appreciate you posting for the rest of us to take advantage of. Keep up the good work. I also got chewed out earlier this week by a rude person. Sometimes you get the deals sometimes you are too late. That’s just the way it works. Thanks again.

        • Ginger

I bought the sensitive today and no ecbs and the skinmatic and no ecbs bummer but I didn’t get the $2 off peelie so I kept the shave gel even though I didn’t get the ecbs because I use it all thet ime

    • Elisabear

At my CVS the B1G1 is ringing up full value.. I bought 8 deo’s @15.92 then used 4 coupons rang up at 15.96 then got my 6.00 extra value..

    • Angelascoupons1

For those who think this was not a great week, I guess you weren’t buying deodorant!  Like the person who posted before me, the B1G1 coupon for the Speed Stick deal is ringing up at the full $3.99 price!  So if you purchase 6 of them at the sale price of $1.99 and use 3 of the coupons, it will subtract your 3 “free” ones at $3.99, $3.99 and $3.09 (at least this is what mine did).  So I paid less than $1 and still go $6 back in ECB!  So my 3 transactions were:

      1. 6 deodorants and 3 greeting cards (used B1G1 and CVS Qs) – started with $4 ECB, spent less than $1 and made $9 ECB

      2. 1 Oral-B brush head replacement (used $5 off Q and $9 ECB) – spent $6, made $5 ECB

      3.  3 Diet Dr. Peppers (used $5 ECB) – spent $5, made $4 ECB

Net effect = $12 OOP, $4 ECB left over!

      • Angelascoupons1

Those Diet Dr. Peppers were the 12 packs…not 2 liters.  Sorry to not be more specific.

      • guest

Good deal…But it usally depends on the cashier, they are supposed to write the amount and then deduct that amount, Some times we get lucky but this is not the norm. Just mentioning to avoid disappointent to anyone who cashier only dedcuts the 1.99

        • Mcleodsc

In Sumter, SC, the cashier entered 1.99 so that is what was deducted.

        • Angelascoupons1

I agree that normally, the register beeps…and the cashier writes an amount on the coupon.  However, for this particular coupon, the register did not beep….just rang up -$3.99 instead.  The cashier didn’t have to do anything.  I was surprised…but happy!

      • Wendy Clark

The coupon rang up $3.99 but the sales clerk adjusted the coupon down to $1.99. I also had to buy 8 since they were $1.99 on sale to meet the minimum $12.00 purchase. With just six deodorants I was only at $11.94.

        • Abi

For future reference, ECB’s print if it’s within a few cents like that – I bought 6 and got the ECB today.

          • Bamabobbie

            So did I.

          • Jenslanz2

Yep, the manager at my CVS said as long as it’s within 6 cents. I’m not sure if that’s standard all around.

          • PirateQueen

Most ECB deals will print at the 98 percent mark.

    • Mcclellanda79

      Awesome CVS trip today.
Transaction 1: 6 various speedsticks @ 1.99 each. I used 3 bogo coupons (for some reasons they rang up full value of $3.99)
      Paid $0, got $6 ecb
Transaction 2: 4 calbury eggs, 3 .99 American greetings cards, 4 bic dispoables @ 4.19 each, 3 Irish spring travel deodorants @ .99 each, 5 mentos up2u gums, a 2 pack mr. clean magic erasers, and 3 miscellaneous itemsfrom the $1 area.
I used my 25% off emailed coupon (took off $9.31), CVs printed q buy 4 cad eggs gey 99¢ off, 2 bic bogo coupons (again for some reason each took off full value of the coupon of $6.99), 3 $1 Irish spring deodants, 5 $1 off mentos gum, and $1 off Mr clean erasers, and my previous $6 ecb
Paid $1.52, received $3 ecb for cards.
Last transaction: 3 Pepsi 12 packs, 2 dawn hand renewals, 1 tom.s mouthwash (discounted to $2.74). Used 2 dawn .50 coupons and my previous $3 ecb. Paid $11.08, received $7 in ecbs.
In total I spent $12.60, but left with $7 ecbs (like paying $5.60 for everything).

      • mommypie

When you buy 6 speedsticks @1.99 each, that means you only spend $11.94, that’s still a shy of 6 cents to get the $6 ECB.
How did you get the $6 ECB? Please help, I’m confused. Thanks.

        • Vicki

If it’s within a few cents, the ECB will print.

    • Hope

One of my CVS stores, the one in Starke, FL, did not have the 3 day sale at all. This was very confusing as they normally have all the deals jenny posts…oh well

    • tlgagirl

I have a $10 off $50 CVS coupon and I was wondering if I can it hand it to the cashier first because my other coupons will reduce the total of my transaction below $50?

      • Sandra

Yes, you always give $ off first!!  Happy shopping

    • relaxing life

Has anyone tried using the $2.00 pepsi/mt dew/sierra mist manufacturer’s
coupon (exp. 2/5/12) with the CVS 3/$10.00 pepsi deal?  The coupon
states “when you buy any two (2) multi-pack plastic bottles or 7.5 oz
8pk mini cans”.  Does multi-pack mean 12 oz.-12 can packs? If so, after
extra bucks the price would be $1.33 for 12 cans of pepsi.

      • Phonebookqueen

I used the coupon yesterday and it worked ok

      • samantha

Multi-pack plastic bottles doesn’t mean cans…so theoretically you shouldn’t use it since it’s not for the specified products. Because the bar codes are so similar it will probably still scan, though.

    • AlDale

I cannot get the Hellman’s coupon or the Lipton tea coupon.  Anyone else having problems?

      • Mansfield Park

Yes, the printable Hellmann’s link is confusing.  Some sort of reward system, no clear way to get a coupon for mayo.  Haven’t tried the Lipton link, but the 1/29 RP has a .50 mc for Lipton.

        • AlDale

Thank you!  I do not get RP in my paper, though.  :(

    • mommypie

Go to CVS website, click “in-store coupons”, you will find the coupon for American Greetings cards. Save $2 WYB 3.

    • Hillary

Is the buy 6 get 1 free Pampers Diaper promo over?  It didn’t show up on either of my receipts today.  I was going to earn my free diapers today :( if I missed the promo.

      • carmen

        yes it has ended.

    • guest

Maybe already mentioned below, but the AG card coupon says “excludes 99cent cards”.  In case you were counting on that one…

      • Christie

Mine did not say that this time. I have noticed it in the past though..

      • Julie

Mine didn’t say that and I used it yesterday to buy the cards.  Mine said of equal or lesser value.

      • Julie

Mine didn’t say that and I used it yesterday to buy the cards.  Mine said of equal or lesser value.

      • Sharonbobo

I have gotten 9 of the 99 cent cards (3 transactions) with the buy 2 get 1 free offer.  I didnt read it in the fine print…and my local CVS didnt catch it either I guess!

      • Jnn_horan

There’s two different coupons. The buy2get1 is the one you need.

    • Did anyone here get the Colgate-Palmolive rebate form in the SS insert? It is for a $5 rebate if you spend $10 and includes, speed stick, Irish spring, softsoap and several more. I got the B1G1 coupons for Speed stick, but didn’t get the rebate form. Would anyone like to trade a form for one of the B1G1 coupons? If so email me at vab0914 at aol dot com

      • NewMommy2

        Im emailing you now!

      • bjc23

I need the Colgate-Palmolive rebate form also if anyone has an extra. My email is bcarraher at bellsouth dot net

    • rrpate

i just printed 2  of the  ag coupons… 2.00 off 3 and no exclusions are written on mine at all…

      • Nonnie Mouse

        Which coupon?

    • Shea Shelley

Someone may have already noticed this but at my cvs the digiornos pizzas are b1g1 @ $6.99. Good deal!

      • Anonymous

Meaning they are 3.50 after the b1g1?

      • Mcclellanda79

Pair that with the $2/2 digiorno large pizzas coupon from red plum 1/29 and you get 2 pizzas for $5.

      • Mansfield Park

There’s also a manufacturer’s coupon for $2 off 2 DiGiorno pizzas in the 1/29 RP, making each pizza $2.50.

      • Tiya

Thanks because I have $2 off Digiorno that expires today.

    • couponmama3

Does anybody else end up with the “southern savers” logo across the middle of the comments? It blocks some of the comments so I can’t read them…wondering if it’s just my special computer, or if others are having the same experience.

      • Anonymous

        YES!!! It drives me CRAZY…..

      • Nonnie Mouse

Nope. Perhaps it would play nice with a different browser. I’m using Google Chrome.

      • Anonymous

        Happens to me too

    • Mcclellanda79

I have a question about the CVs cash card deal. If I buy discounted/clearance almay items, would those items count towards the spend $30??

      • Randa

Check the circular and see if it states something like “excluding clearance items’ next to the Almay ad.  (I don’t have one at hand right now).  But there are times when the ad will state this and you will see others post on here that they DID get the deal even with clearance items.

        • Mcclellanda79

Great I think I will start off with just buying 2 and see if it shows up on my receipt or not. Worst case scenario is I might have to pay around $5 for 2 clearance makeups. Not too bad fir a trial and error run. Ad doesn.t state excludes clearance so it might work.

    • Bamasaver

Almost had an “issue” with a (Swagbucks) e-gift card @ CVS today.  They “almost” wouldn’t take it…story was that CVS is making changes this year & will no longer accept e-gift cards that are through a company other than CVS itself.  Convinced them to key it in to see if it would work…it did & they took it, but wondering if anyone else has heard anything like this?

      • Carolyn

This e-gift cards are purchased by Swagbucks through CVS and they should function the same as a regular gift card. I’ve used these in the past with no problem. If your store gives you problems redeeming them, I recommend calling the 1-800 number while you’re there in the store.

I’ve purchased e-gift cards through CVS in the past and they are EXACTLY the same as the ones Swagbucks offers. You can check the balances online, etc. :)

    • Mansfield Park

I have looked over and over and neither of my RP flyers have a Ragu coupon for .50.  One does have a .60 off 2.  What’s up?

      • Mcclellanda79

Coupon amounts vary by region. I live in Upstate SC and also only got one for .60 off 2.

      • AUGirl

The Ragu coupon found in the Birmingham news was for .75/2.  They are different depending on where you live for some reason.

    • Jodispink

Is there anyway to get the Colgate Palmolive rebate anywhere but the paper?  I had four papers and I did not see this rebate at all only the one for Advil.   I already purchased everything I would need for the rebate yesterday at CVS but I can’t find the form.   Thanks

      • Libby

I can mail you one. I have a bunch in my papers. Email your address to tatum.libby@gmail.com.

        • Hunnyz0807

Hi I was hoping you can mail me one also if you don’t mind TIA my email is hunnyz0807@ymail.com

        • Holly

If you have an extra one. Could you please email me at jacobnjustin@MSN.COM. Thank you

      • Caroline

I have the Colgate Palmolive one that I’d be happy to mail you if you could mail me the Advil/Pfizer one!  Email me your address at caba3242(at)gmail(dot)com.

      • Eamccune

I did not see the pfizer one..what are the requirements on that.  Is that one online somewhere?  I would love to participate in it.

    • Jenny

My store had Hersey’s Air bars B1G1. If I use the B1G1 manufacturer Q, does that mean both are free plus tax?

      • Mcclellanda79

Yes. Both are free but since it.s a food item no tax is applicable. So totally free.

        • Sandra

Sadly tax on food is different state to state!  Here in Tenn we pay 9.75% even on FOOD!!!

          • jenr

That rate varies by county.  We don’t pay 9.75% in Davidson County.

          • Jenny

Geez. That’s insane. Our food tax in Southeast GA is 2%.

            • Sandra

Seriously insane, I moved here from Florida where we pay ZERO on food!!!

            • Emily

It stinks, in Auburn, AL we pay 9%, it was 8, then our lovely town decided to jack the sales tax up to 9 recently, as if it wasn’t bad enough :(

          • Mcclellanda79

Wow. Glad I live in SC, no tax on food items here.that alone probably saves me hundreds of dollars per year. Sorry for the misleading post, I thought it was a national tax break.

      • Phatpatswife

They are buy 2 get 1 free

        • Jenny

So, how many do I have to buy to use my Qs? 6? I’m assuming since it is B2G1 and my Q is B1G1, I have to buy in even increments of 3 to get the best deal.

          • Mcclellanda79

You can buy in any increments of 3. Per 3, you will have to pay full price for 1 and get the other two free.

          • Vicki

Actually, your best bet is to buy in increments of 6 if you have enough Qs. Here’s why: your coupons will take off 3, and the store sale will take off another 2. You will pay for one and get five free. I just did this deal today

    • Katherine

I’m thinking about doing the Pampers deal (Spend $30 get $10 ECB) but wanted to know if it needs to be purchased in one transaction or could it be split up into two? Thanks

      • Tessa

It can be split up into 2. Your receipt will keep track of it for your next purchase.

      • Ginger

It can be split up but has to be done in the same week as Sunday starts a new week and it won’t carry over

    • Tessa

I did the Speed Stick deal today. They are on sale for $1.99 but the buy one get one free coupon took off $3.99! I Had three more coupons so I went to a different store on the way home And the cashier was so rude!! Instead of scanning the coupon she looked back at the price and wrote on the coupon $1.99. So I kindly told her she could just scan it and she bit my head off!! Said absolutely no she would t do it that way. I told her the other store did and she asked which one was it, she was going to call and tell them they were wrong. So needless to say I told her I didn’t want the deodorant and I gave them back. Well she had already wrote on my coupon the $1.99 price. Can I still use the coupons since she went and wrote on them? Thanks!

      • Vicki

Am I understanding that you actually paid $1.99 for the deodorant and you’re angry that the cashier would not take $3.99 off? She should not have been rude to you; and at the same time, it hurts everyone when someone knowingly cheats the system. At any rate, you can probably still use the coupons, but be aware the any clerk will likely now only take $1.99 off (which is the right thing to do) since that is what is written. I’m not trying to be offensive, but we all pay when you knowingly allow something to be rung up incorrectly. If too many people do this, stores will simply make their coupon policies more strict. Be happy with your freebie!

        • tessa

wow. just wondering if i could still use the coupon elsewhere. i put the deoderant back because i didn’t need it that bad and the cashier was hateful. leaving it for someone else because i was just going to give it away, it was the last 6 left. didn’t want to clear the shelf over something i wouldn’t personally use.

        • mommypie

I think the coupon rang up at $3.99 because that is the regular price at CVS. And please remember that CVS will still get reimbursed from the manufacturer for $3.99 if it does not exceed the max. value on the coupon allowed.
So it really shouldn’t be a big deal.

      • Bling32

I had this happen to me yesterday. The cashier did not even try to scan the coupon. She just keyed in 1.99.  So,  I asked her to cancel the transaction.  I did not ask any questions or give an explanation. She had also written 1.99 on the coupon.  I drove to the next CVS and the guy simply changed the amount to 3.99.  He did not ask me any questions and I did not give any explanation. But, YES it can still be used at another CVS.

    • Debbiesc

This may have been regional and I did not scroll all the comments, but my CVS has Digiorno Pizzas B1G1 @ $6.99 and there is a $2/2 coupon that came out this past week.  $4.99 for (2) 12 inch pizzas!!!

      • Amanda

I got these too. I bought 4 and used 2 coupons. I had another coupon, but didn’t want to take 6 on a Monday, plus I knew our freeer was packed. I went later in the week and they were all out, but got a rain check for 2 more. $4.99 was a great price for two pizzas.

    • Tishness1509

for all who dont know cvs stoped the skintimate shaving cream deal today!!! so dont be expecting to get it if u haven’t gotten it already!!! huge miss print

      • NewMommy2

I got 2 today, no problem! Signs were still up in front of the shave cream! Im in Jacksonville, FL

    • MomOf4

      Bought 4 speedstick, 1 colgate, 1 Irish Spring, 4 Hallmark cards, and 1 Reese’s egg.  Used a $5/30, 2 B1G1 for the SS, $1 Irish Spring, $1 Colgate, and $2.50 Hallmark Q’s…..handed over 12 ECBs, got 11 ECBs back!  So $1
+ tax for everything and the Hallmark carks were all priced over $2 so they were the fancier ones.  Good trip!

      • MomOf4

Forgot I also had 2 large bages of pretzel M&Ms included in there.  Makes that a great trip!

    • Guest

If some body needs palmolive rebate please post below i have three extras. :)

      • Rhonda

I would like one if you still have them.  Please email me and I will give you my address.  Do you need any coupons or stamps in return? Just let me know.  Thanks.  awiggins@pineland.net

      • canes

i would also like one plz, email me at Canes1999@msn.com for my address, ty in advance

    • Tattooedallover69

just to clear something up yes the 10 mail in rebate does have to be on the same receipt. i called the company and asked today. just want everyone to know so they can get the rebate

      • NewMommy2

It says on the Rebate form that you have to have the UPC codes. or something like that!! What does that mean? You have to rip all the UPCs off or just write them dowwn?? Anyone know?

        • Dsgermick

most rebates require you to have the original upc codes so yes, I would rip them off and make sure you make copies of everything you send for the rebate just incase. I work in and office and do this kind of stuff everyday so I am pretty comfortable saying this. Have a great night!!!

          • NewMommy2

Okay thank you for clarifying!!! That just sucks I have to rip all the UPCS off lol

          • Tharnish1

How do you take the UPC code off of deodorant or soap? I bought 2 deodorants, body wash, and 2 colgate toothpaste. I can get the toothpaste UPC codes but the others are part of the wrapping. I’m trying to get the rebate together and I’m just trying to figure out how I should submit it.

    • Allybo

brought  1 gal Milk, 6 speed sticks ,1 irish spring body wash, 1 colgate TP, 1 adbury mini eggs . After coupons paid $10.18  . recieve back 11.87 extra care bucks   . Made a $1.69 . yahooooo

    • Allybo

and speed sticks coupon did scan at $3.99 each

      • Ginger

        Mine only scanned for $1.99

      • Jen

There are several different kinds.  The ones on sale for $1.99 were originally around $4.29.  The $3.99 are not on sale.  Check the sizes of each Speed Stick with the size on sale in the circular.

    • Tiya

I went to CVS today and got 1 Schick shaving cream, 1 centrum probiotic, 3 American Greeting cards, and 2 Digiorno Pizza. Total was $24.14 minus $4/$20 and $15 and $4 ECBs leaving a balance of $1.20 and got back $7 ECBs. Still have to go back and get my Speedstick and Softsoap since I got a CVS coupon for $1 Softsoap bar and $3/2 Bayer aspirin. That will make baby aspirin free.

      • Tiya

FYI there is a $2/3 American greetings coupon on CVS site that makes 3 $.99 cards only $.97. The centrum was only $.99 with $5 mq and $4 CVS q. These are some bonuses if you got those qs.

    • NewMommy2

      Got back $6.00 ECB.

Does anyone know if the Winter Reinventing Beauty book is still available?  I’ve looked at a few stores but can’t find any?

      • Rhonda

I found some by the shopping carts at the front door of my store.  Hope this helps.

    • Dsgermick

I went to my CVS in Opelika AL and there was nothing. Everything that I went for was cleared off the shelves. Better luck next time I guess. kroger made up for it with their Mega Event. Love it!!!!

      • Emily

Try Auburn CVSs (there are 3-near Publix, near Kroger in Auburn, and across from CiCis pizza) I usually have the best luck at CVS near Kroger in Auburn.

    • Rebadarlene

im finding that alot of the coupons listed are not in my inserts , is anyone else haveing this problem? how can i get a listing of the coupons from dalton ga or chattanooga news freepress

    • Dixiegirlinafrica05

Paid $3.88 and got back $26 ECB

Will submit for the Colgate Rebate since I spent over $10, and will get $5 back!

      • canes

kinda vague on your shopping, what coupons did you use and did you use some ECB to get it that low, i would love to get diapers and wipes that cheap!

    • Sandy M

Bought 6 of the Speedsticks, used 2 b1g1 qs, (wish I had more), one rang up 1.99 off and the other 3.99 off, paid 6.32, got 6.00 ECB back and mailing in for the 5.00 rebate…….I am happy with that!

      • Jen

Where is the information on applying for the rebate?

        • Vanessa

Look in the inserts from last Sunday’s coupons, SS I think. There is a Colgate $5 rebate after you spend $10 in eligible items, plus a lot of the items had coupons in the insert. Look for the insert with the Irish Spring, Softsoap, Colgate toothpaste, ect coupons. The rebate is on a full page. There was also a Pfizer $10 rebate in one of the inserts if you bought the Advil, ThermaCare, etc items on sale. You need three for that rebate, CVS give you $4 ECB when you buy 2.

          • Eamccune

I was wondering if they would accept the rebate since it says cannot be combined with any other offer?

          • Eamccune

Aww man.. I didn’t realize there was a pfizer one too.. I did not get that in my insert but I have already bought 2 of the products and would just need to get one more.

    • robzwife33

Have any of you tried the nature made $2 off coupon from SS 1/08?  It does not state what it is for, but has a picture of a bottle of fish oil pills.  I was hoping I could use it for plain multivitamin.  It just says  “good only for product/quantity indicated.”

      • Priggs

Tried using it last night, the cashier said it was only for the item pictured, although it did not specify on the coupon. The cashier was new and if anything beeped she would not accept it.

    • Zstankard

The One Touch Mini Blood Glucose monitors are marked down to $9.99 at CVS. Use $10 off coupon and it’s free!

    • Ashleylassett

The Dawn Dish soap in the PG 1/29 is for Power Clean, Oxi or bleach and will NOT work on the .98 dawn that is on sale through 2/4.

    • Brendayb1

went to CVS today bought 7 speed stick the stain guard ones rang up for 1.09 each the 3 others were 1.99 each used 3 b1g1 mag qs and got 3 12 pks of pepsi had $3 in ECB and a store q on card $4 off 20 oop $1.38 and $4 ECB left gotta go back with the b1g1 q i just got so i can get the $6 ECB for the deodorant and gonna send in my mail in rebate for $5
i think one of my best yet
thanks Jenny for all your hard work you do for us it is appreciated and i tell fellow shoppers to visit here for great savings.

    • Jillcarroll77

Ok, help me out here. If I use my B1G1 Coupon on the speed stick, wouldn’t that make it free after the ECB. If they are 1.99 each, and you buy 6 of them that would be $6 with the B1GI coupon and then you get $6 in RR. Am i right?

      • MomOf4

It would actually be free before the ECB since the B1G1 coupon is ringing up at $3.99 :)

    • Natalie87

Tonight at CVS I got 2 Digiornio Pizzas(which are B1G1 and there is a $2/2 cpn in ss 1/29, I didn’t see this listed in her deals), 3 colgate toothpastes, 2 speed stick deodorants, and 3 Hallmark cards for .48 cents OOP! Plus I got $6 in ECB’s back!!! One of my best CVS deals yet!  They were out of the deodorants, or else I would have got more. They had one twin pack left which is how I was able to get the 2 that I did get. Yay for couponing!!

    • MomOf4

Snagged big packs of pull ups for $4.99 each, plus had $2 q’s for each one.  They weren’t marked on the shelves, I just price checked until I found the sale ones.

      • mamabelbel

I just ran out to several CVS stores after reading your post and I bought 8 of the 40 count packs of pullups and paid 24.00 total including really high sales tax!  I seriously almost cried!  I am potty training two little ones and have a new baby coming soon and this made my day or maybe even month!

    • Bbhndavis

Went to CVS in Ballentine yesterday and tried to use the B2G1 free American Greeting Coupon  & was told that it was a fraudulent ….. Did anyone else have that problem??

      • Snipsnip22

Yes. I tried to use the AG coupon and they told me that it had to be printed on “sniny” paper so they would not accept it.

        • Snipsnip22

          opps…SHINY paper

    • Lisak704

where do you get the  Winter Reinventing Beauty book?  Is it something that is mailed out or picked up in the store?

    • Vicki

They’re available for purchase (.99 cents) at CVS. They can be hard to find. I have found them near the ‘free’ magazines (real estate, etc.) Some stores have them up by the register. The sales staff may not know if you ask, but the manager should know if they are available. If not, call CVS customer service and they will help.

    • April

I’ve noticed a similar question, but didn’t see a difinitive answer on this yet.  I purchased 7 speed stick deodorants with coupons and Extra Care Bucks.  Since the total on my transaction wasn’t over $10, can I still submit the mail-in-rebate for the $5?  I’ve never done a mail-in-rebate before, so I wanted to ask the experts first! Thanks in advance for your help!

      • Vanessa

At the top of the receipt, the speed sticks should show at $1.99 each on sale. That is the area you want to highlight for the rebate, they look to see that the “purchase price” on the qualifying items meet the $10.

So far I’ve never been rejected by a rebate for using coupons or for a transaction total less than the required purchase value, read the fine print and do look for little things like original receipt required, photo copies accepted/not accepted or one per household.

    • Gingiraffe

Coupon Machine printed $2 off any 2 deodorants, making the Tom’s FREE!

      • Gingiraffe

Also printed a softsoap coupon to double with the ECB/rebate deal.

    • Juliethorderson

      I have a $2 rewards coupon and a coupon for $3 off a $15. I can use both together?

    • Jillcarroll77

So on the speed stick, if I go and I buy 6 tubes of deoderant at $1.99 and I use the B1G1 Free Coupon. My total would be $12 for my 6 tubes. Since the B1G1 Q’s are ringing up at 3.99 that would also equal 12. Does that mean it would be free and I would get $6 in RR making this a profit deal?

      • Candlequeen81

Yep.  Did it already, but you will need to purchase one more of the products under this promotion since your total will actually be 11.94. Love getting paid to shop!  :o)

    • Scmomof2

I have a question about the rebate – it mentions UPC codes in the fine print, but how do you get the UPC codes off of the body wash or deodorant? Sorry it may be a silly question but I don’t want to get everything submitted and have it denied. Thanks.

      • Mccabe938

you do not take off upc. just copy (write on tape )

      • Kat175

I actually did take the UPC codes off – they lifted off the back easily (they are sticky on the back side) and clipped them out with scissors.  Just peel! And then I stuck all of them on a sticky note.

    • Imaprincess09

      If I buy 4 Speed Sticks, use 1 $1/2 and 2 B1G1 .. It costs me $3 for 4, before ECB– right??

      • Trish

You have to buy 6 and use 3 b1g1 in order to get the ecb’s unless you are adding one of the other products to get to the $12 total for the $6 ecb’s.  Most stores registers are ringing up the b1g1 coupon at the max value of $3.99 (making both free).  If you are  only buying 4 then the $1/2 coupon would make it a money maker so be sure to have something else in your buggy.

        • Yep. The coupons will ring up at $3.99. I asked the cashier if it should be changed to $1.99, and she said it will just ring up that way. At least I tried….

I just bought 6 and got the $6 in ECBs. I didn’t go for a second round.

    • Aamakeuplady2

Ok I have looked through my inserts several times and I can’t find any of the rebates that are being discussed. Is there some where they can be printed off ?

    • NewMommy2

I got 6 Speed stick deo (used 3 B1g1 coupons, took off 3.99)
And got 1 softsoap body wash (used 1.00 coupon)
      Paid 3.05 oop
      & got back $6. ECB!

    • Anonymous

Can anyone tell me if the Skintimate deal/glitch is still working? I would love to take advantage of this, but don;t want to take them to the register if the ECB won;t be given…..Thanks for the help!
