I’m loving these deals!  They are really helping out with our diaper budget and other needs.

Update:  This Deal appears to be dead

Style Science Lens Cleaning Clothes (near sunglasses) are .99 cents ea and are a hidden deal in the Sunglasses ECB deal this week.

Buy (2) and it prints a $10 ECB!

Total, you make $8.02 ECB!

This has been confirmed by numerous of you so go and see if you can find it.

Car Cleaning Cloths at .99 cents also working!

Style Science Glass Cases at $1.99 also working!
(all products are kept in the same area)

(thanks Alicia & Lynn!)

    • Time to dust off my CVS cards and get over there…thanks Jenny !

    • Kathy

I registered my cvs card online that I’ve had for years but never really used, and thought they were supposed to e-mail me a $4 off/$20 coupon, but I never got it… How long does it take, or do I have to ask for it or?

      • Jenny

It has been taking about 4-6 weeks for most people to start getting emails.

    • Mal

I hope my CVS has this item. Thanks Jenny.

    • Alison

Does anyone know where these should be located? I would like to search for them tomorrow at cvs! thanks for the tip

      • Jenny

Most have reported that they were right near the sunglasses display.

    • I saw this earlier on Facebook and ran out to get it but couldn’t email until after 5pm. I’m glad to see that you guys found out about it. It worked great at the Batesburg Leesville store but they only had two left around 3:30pm. I love it when the cashier says how did this work?!?!?!

    • Kelly

I just went to the CVS in Irmo and Ballentine. I couldnt find them. I looked at every place they had sunglasses and in the eye care ilse. NO luck :( Anyone had any luck???

    • momof2

If anyone finds it in the Duncan/Spartanburg area, please let me know. Thanks

    • lynn

jenny it is also the sun can car cleaning tisssue they are both 99 cents and giving ecb and also the style science glass case they start at 1.99 but also generate 10 ecb

    • Beth

could you buy the glasses case, the car cleaning tissue, and the glass lens cleaning clothes in the same transaction and get 30 in ecb or do you have to do them seperately…

    • Alicia

There is a limit of one per card. So the extra bucks will only print one time at $10.

    • The ECB’s printed at the CVS at Royal Lakes on Winder HWY Oakwood, GA!!!!

    • Elizabeth

I went to both of the CVS’s on North Main in Summerville…neither had the wipes. I’m going to keep trying though!

    • Jennifer C.

It worked! Didn’t find them with the sunglasses though. They were with the reading glasses in the pharmacy section.

    • Shauna

Confirmed at the Beaver Ruin CVS in Lawrenceville, Ga. There were none to be found at the hwy 29 CVS in Lawrenceville.

I found mine in the eyecare section where contact lens solution and eye drops go. They were on a hanging thing on the end cap of the isle. Look for a 4″x4″ silvery blue package. Happy hunting!

    • christina

This is a great deal! I missed out the other week on the sunblock deal, so I will be sure to check this out! thanks :)

    • Erin

Worked in Gainesville, FL at two different CVSs. Linked to ECC number. Fortunately, I have two! Both linked to me but worked both times.

    • Jess

Went to the CVS in Villa Rica, they had some cleaning cloths but it was a different brand, same price….tried it out and it worked! YAY! Thanks!

    • Shauna

I too have not gotten any emails for my CVS card. I got it about a month ago from the store and registered it that night. However, my husband ordered a card on the internet about a week AFTER I got my card and had it mailed to him and he has already gotten a 4 off 20 q. I am not too sad though because today I got the 3 day 5 off 15 q when I got my 10ecbs from the wipes both of which I will use on Saturday to get next weeks deals.

Thank you Jenny and thank you CVS!

    • Melora

This is confirmed in Chattanooga, TN. I got the deal of the Hamill Road CVS in Hixson. I found them in the back near the Pharmacy with the reading glasses. Good luck. I am so excited.

      Thanks Jenny!!!

      Melora, Chattanooga, TN

    • Jimmy

Has anyone found them in Atlanta inside the perimeter? Ive had no luck so far.

    • Kim

Works in Greenville – Sulphur Springs/Old Buncombe near Furman. At 5:00 today they had at least 10 or more left – on a clip strip attached to an end shelf across from the register.

    • Leisa

I found them in Mt Dora, FL.

    • JMR

Worked at the CVS on the corner of John Hawkins Parkway (HWY 150) and South Shades Crest. They were with the sunglasses up front.

    • gretchen

No luck here, I searched everywhere! Can anyone share a photo of what theirs look like?

    • Katherine

It worked at the CVS at Seven Hills in Dallas, GA. They were with the sunglasses display near the front of the store.

    • I went to my store (Marietta,Ga) I couldn’t find them anywhere either, so I asked the sales associate and she showed me that they had them hanging on a long plastic strip off to the side of the sunglasses. 2 packs .99 cents each….printed 10.00ecb….:D

    • Jan

Yayyyyy, I got this deal! Found mine towards the bottom of the sun glasses spinner. Thanks for the heads up Jenny!

    • Jan

They are in a small plastic ziplock locking bag. The pack is silver and the label with Style Science on it is blue.

    • Kyra

It took almost 3 weeks for me to get my $4 off $20 coupon.

    • Wendy

Confirmed in Savannah, GA! I found them on the sunglass display towards the front of the store at Hwy 21 & Hwy 30.

    • Susan

Does this deal work if you already maxed out the sunglass deal this week (buying the sunglasses)?

    • Geremy

Worked in Hagerstown MD!! Made my day :) They were called “Sun Covers” lens tissues and had a 99 cent thing in the right corner. Thank you!!

    • Krystal

It worked at my store, but there were no wipes. The cheapest cases were 3 bucks each, but a profit of $4 isn’t so bad. Especially since there was also a $10 off $30 purchase on the receipt as well. I can use both of these on my next visit, right? As long as I present the coupon before the ECB?

    • Beth

I found them in my store (at bottom of the sunglasses turner) but it did not generate a $10 ECB. (Richmond, VA)

    • Kelli

yay, this is an awesome tip! I found them on the sunglasses display in my CVS. There were only 2 left and I grabbed them! :) The cashier commented on how I’m the best shopper that he’s seen (yesterday I got a bunch of Aveeno stuff for 5 cent out of pocket and $6.99 in ECBs – and got $10 ECBs back).

Anyway, I told him that the reason that the $10 EBCs had printed off today was because of the 2 packs of wipes. He was shocked and amazed. :)

    • Michelle

I couldn’t find these anywhere at my CVS on Thompson Bridge Rd. in Gainesville, GA.

    • Jaime

Quick CVS shopping question – If i purchase $30 worth of items can i use multiple ECBs to pay for it? I currently have a $4 ECB, $10ECB and $7 ECB. I guess i just dont understand why i see peopled in the stores doing multiple transactions…what’s the reasoning behind this?

    • Gerri

I found them actually hanging on the sunglass rack, Store at Wade Hampton, Taylors only had 1. The store at 291 and E. North St. still has 2 left. Both stores they where hanging on the rack at the bottom

    • Laura

The Atlanta CVS at the corner of Pleasant Hill & Peachtree Indust. did not seem to have these wipes, but they did have those cords that hold the sunglasses on your face, some of which are $1.99 (be sure to look at the back to make sure). Not a bad profit, still.

This store had mini displays all over with a few sunglasses or reading glasses, with some accessories. There was nothing but CVS brand items in the eye care section. Try looking hard at the ends of aisles.

    • Stacy

I couldn’t find any at my local Concord, NC store. I wasn’t looking for the glasses case at the time, but I’m pretty sure those weren’t there either. They had some CVS brand wipes for like 3.99 and some with the reading glasses for like 4.99. I assume neither would work?? Plus all the profit would be eaten up by them.

    • Shannon

Has anyone found these in Columbia? I was at the Forest Drive store tonight and couldn’t find them anywhere.

    • Janet

I found these on the sunglasses spinner. They were in a small plastic bag and hung on the spinner. It worked like a charm in Central Florida. Thanks for the tip! Janet

    • Stephanie

Worked in Knoxville. Found them on the sunglass spinner.

    • meg

Got mine nw florida! Thanks bunches :)

    • Ashley

I got the last 2 at the CVS in Birmingham on HWY 31 in Homewood. They did not say “Style Science” but say “Sun Cover”. They were on a hanging strip by the Sunscreen. The Lens Cleaning Tissues were in a silver pouch. Hope this helps some of you and doesn’t turn out to be like the Neutrogena from last week :)

    • Krystal

I saw the Sun Cover wipes in my store…but there was only one of them and they were OPEN (gross). So they worked too? I wasn’t sure, so I just bought the cases. I will try a different CVS tomorrow with my other card. (I found those things by the cosmetics, on a sunglasses spinning rack)

    • Amy

It worked in Spring Hill, TN. Thanks!!! Found them on the sunglasses spinner too…

    • Lara

Well, I didn’t find them in my Alabama store… but I did see some “lady” literally jumping on top of the sunglasses spinner rack trying to look for the wipes. It gave me a laugh. That’s hard core! I guess I’m not that desperate… But daggum it if the Sun Cover wipes work as well. I did see those, but I’m home now… :(

    • I got mine today! Thanks :-)

    • Maehing O

This is like a HUGE crazy Easter Egg Hunt! Hahahah! FYI, there are extra CVS coupons by the reinventing magazines… good ones too! Any luck with finding these in Summerville/ Charleston area? Good luck! Thanks again Jenny!

    • No luck near downtown Columbia – tried both stores!

    • Beth

I found these at 2 stores in Gastonia, NC! They were on the spinner where the sunglasses are! Both stores had tons of them. Not many couponers in this area I suppose. (or they just aren’t looking at the best coupon site on the web!!!)

    • Danielle

Leisa….so you are my competition! :) Were there any left in Mt. Dora?

    • janet

I bought a lens cleaning tissue and an eyewear retainer (goes around neck). Total $2.98. The items were in the back by the pharmacy window near the reading glasses. Thanks for the great deal! Is there a limit?

    • The Sun Cover cloths are definitely working for this. I found them here in Kansas City at the midtown store and took all 4 that they had. (Sorry!) That was the only brand that they had.

    • Amanda

      Maehing O & Elizabeth

I just got back from cvs on 17-A near college park they had about 10 packs left of the wipes. They are located on the sunglass rack at the front of the store next to the beach wear.

    • Jeanne

They don’t have the wipes in Lexington but they have the sunglasses case for 2.99 there on aisle 3 by the 4th July stuff. In Irmo and on Board River Road they have the wipes in the back of the store by the Pharmacy. There were a couple left in both stores.

    • Julie from Sumter

alright…going in search for those tomorrow…ASAP!!
      In Sumter-I’ll let ya know!

    • .Jennifer

Lexington, SC here… went to two stores. First store there were no items by that brand other than the sunglasses and a cloth pouch (that was more than the sunglasses) so I went to the one near Red Bank and they had two items that printed the $10 ECB! The first was the stringy 1.99 (but I’m sorry to report that I got the only $1.99 one they had out… the others are $4) and I got a glasses pouch that was $2.99. I made $5!

I ran into a fellow southern saver at the first Lexington store I went to and she was very friendly and nice and we were trying to help each other find something that would work. Oh well. If you are reading this go to the Red Bank location if it isn’t too out of your way and see if they have any more of the glasses pouches. Down in the front of the store there are the two sunglasses turnstyles. On each side of them on the ends of the aisles there are products. I got the pouch (not the same kind as the kind that I price checked at the other store) on one side and the lanyard on the other. Just make sure to check the price on the back of the lanyard because the others were more even though they were on the same display as the $1.99 ones. hth!

    • Teresa-QOCD

      anybody tried Greenwood, SC?

    • Pat

I came home and saw this deal and had to leave out to make sure I took advantage of this tonight. Went to the 24 hour CVS near me and couldn’t find the lenses cleaning clothes so I asked the clerk. He not only showed me where they were he told me a customer had been in there earlier in the day and had purchased 2 packs and received $10 ECB. I gave no indication that I was already aware of the deal. This gentleman gave great customer service at 10:30 at night. No something I see often when I late night shop.

    • My store had a rack of these at the front of the store near the coupon printing machine…

Love this deal! Got paid $4 ECB for 2 dry idea deod., 2 pack CVS toothbrushes, crest toothpaste, dozen eggs, mini milk (we were out) and 2 sunglass wipes packs. Gave $1 to cancer foundation! Only spent $1.02 for the cancer thing! Used my ECB saved up and now have $14 ECB to spend!

      So thankful!

    • AngelathecouponNERD

Julie in Columbia – I went to CVS on Forest and they only had the sunglasses. Which CVS locations did you go to? I see what’s happening, and it must be a computer glitch, meant to get $10 ECB wyb 2 sunglasses of that brand.
Oh well, maybe I can cash in on it in the morning….
There’s 3 CVS on Taylor/ForestDr, one on Harden ext, and Broad River Rd.

    • Nichole

Sarah, how did you work this deal?

    • Dianne

For $1.75 OOP & $4 ECB I got 4 lens cleaners, Crest Pro Health toothpaste, 2 packages of Kotex pads, Excedrin, and two beef boullion on clearance (needed anyway & used as filler) and walked out with $16 ECB. I am so feeling the love for CVS!

    • M Rose

Dianne-How did you do the deal 2 times????

    • Maehing O

Amanda… I love ya girl! Thanks for the tip…will go in the am! Doesn’t this seem like an Easter Egg hunt?!?!? :)

    • JJ

      Thank you!!!

The CVS in Peachtree City (Hwy 54)still has a few of each of the items that will work, I got two lens cloths but noticed at least a dozen of the cases/straps/cloth packs so others will be able to get this too.
I was going to make a quick run to Publix since I found some coupons that expired today for the snack packs of cookies, and wanted to look at your site and make sure I wasn’t forgetting anything – never would have known about this otherwise since I get all my CVSing done once a week on Sunday mornings. I do appreciate you spreading the word on this and hope others can take advantage!

    • Steve Estes

Works in Nashville, Leb. Pike Store!!

    • Jenn

I finally found some in North Dallas. The lens wipes were in the trial and travel section. Hope that helps someone. :)

    • Steve Estes

Forgot to mention I bought the Trimmer and Wipes and received 13.00 in ECBs. First time not bad..

    • Amanda

      Maehing O

Your welcome… My husband also said he thought of it as a Easter egg hunt. lol. good luck tomorrow

    • It worked for me! I found two eyeglasses retainers with similar UPCs, so total was $3.98 and I used a $4 ECB. I found them in the round display with the sunglasses.

I’m in Pasadena, TX, outside of Houston.

    • Dianne

I should have mentioned that I used two cards. My mother rarely uses hers, so I used it as well as ours. My husband was with me, so each one of us used a card and did the same deal at the register. Then he used our card and the $10 ECB (along with coupons) to snag the other deals (earning $6 ECB). So it was accomplished in 3 transactions using 2 cards.

    • Rose,

OH! You’re my new favorite blogger fyi

    • I went to the one on Devine near Dreher and the one on Taylor/Forest near Providence. Saw the sunglasses and saw reading glasses near the pharmacy. There were cleaning cloths with the reading glasses, but they weren’t that brand mentioned.

    • Suz

It didn’t work in Texas (DFW area). :-(
Thank you though – maybe next time!

    • Jerri

I have been to 2 stores here in charleston and cannot find those cloths. I will look again at the car cloths. What are the brand name of the car cloths? Is it the same? Just making sure.

    • I got my $4 off $20 from scanning my card in the store, then last night when buying StyleScience (in Orlando FL) I scanned my card and received $10 off of $50.

    • I just transferred my prescription to CVS and got a free $25 gift card for transferring a new RX to them yesterday. I wish I had known about this when I was there yesterday, I’ll have to make another trip back there to see if I can find these lens cleaning cloths!!! Also, while I was at CVS yesterday I noticed that orange tic tacs and white tic tacs are on sale for a good price right now. The orange tic tacs are my favorite. :) Thanks so much for posting about such an awesome deal!

    • Liz

Just did it in northern Virginia- what a great deal! Thanks for the heads-up!

    • Liz

Worked for me in northern Virginia! Thanks for the heads-up!

    • Brian

No Style Science cloths currently carried in Greenwood, SC. (At any location)

    • Emily

JMR – You either beat me to that store or I just couldn’t find them there! lol
I found them at the the McCalla store – there were still quite a few left. Totally made my afternoon yesterday!
      I love cheap thrills! :)

    • lindelon

Worked with the Sun Covers wipes in Cantonment, FL. The cashier was so impressed she left the register and pick up 2 for herself, lol.

    • kristi

      I found them in cleveland,tn

    • KATIE

NO wipes @ the CVS located on corner Duluth Highway & Sugarloaf Parkway. They did have $2.99 cases, but I didn’t try it to see if it worked.

    • Ashley

Steve, i went to hermitage yesterday & could not find, where was it located?

    • Kim

YEAH!! worked in Colonial Heights, VA!! I love this site.

    • Shannon

I did not see this deal till late last night. But I was in the CVS on Devine (Columbie) earlier in the evening and there was someone there waiting to see the manager to ask her about the clothes. I am going to assume this was a Southern Saver. Once I got home and read this I had a ah-ha moment of why they were waiting patiently to speak to the manager.

    • Stacy

Works in LaGrange, GA, at the CVS on Greenville St. They are up front near the cosmetics section. Good luck!

    • nicole

I just checked on lake murray blvd and the cheapest item I saw was $4. I passed and thought I’d try a couple other stores.

    • Went to CVS in Northeast Columbia (Clemson Rd) and NO Style Science of anything, in the entire store. Asked the pharmacist and the clerk and they hadn’t heard of that brand. UGh!!!!

I guess you guys in Lexington have all of the good stuff-HA!

    • Ashley C

Which CVS did you find them at in Cleveland, TN? I went to Stuart Road and they were out.

    • bhumi

Cvs at batesville n pelham rd in Greenville don’t have them

    • Alison V.

my cousin checked 3 stores in Chattanooga (Hamil Rd, Lakesite, and Soddy) and one store had only one cloth left and it was marked 3.99 the other stores were out and the cashier at one treated them like they were up to no good!

we are wondering if some of the stores have gotten the heads up and pulled them.

    • Misty

Couldn’t find the cleaning cloths anywhere, ended up with a case at $2.99 and a glasses string thing that hangs around your neck for $1.99, so still had a profit of $5.00. Plus I can use the case… not sure what I’ll do with the other!

    • Alison

I went to the CVS in Red Bank and the new one on 378 no luck. About to go check the one in 3 fountains. Will let ya’ll know if I find anything.

    • Angela W

None in the CVS on Forest near Piggly Wiggly. Saw another shopper looking, employee walked by and tole us they were out. Oh well, pizz and ice cream @ Publix!

    • megan c

does anyone know if there are any left in union,sc

    • tonya

      thanks jenny!

    • Jen

Found them at the CVS on 41 in Marietta. Yah! Thanks.

    • Lisa

Went to the CVS in Westland, Michigan. Found them in the back of the store on an endcap, they were hanging on one of those plastic things on the side of the endcap. Ended up getting 2 lens cleaning cloths, $2.10, and my $10 printed at the register. Whoooo hooooo!! Thank you so much for the heads up!!

    • JEB

Went to Lexington,SC store and could not find wipes. They did have cloth cases, but it rang up for $6.99…will be taking it back.

    • Terri

For those still looking in Chattanooga, TN. There are still lens clothes at the Brainerd Rd./Spring Creek Rd. CVS. The one on Lee Hwy. near Shallowford is sold out.

      Hope this helps!

    • Larissa

None at CVS on Maple in Carrollton, GA.

    • Susan

      In Greenville, SC area:

None at State Park Rd, Little Texas and US25, or Wade Hampton and Edwards.

Found a whole strip at the end of the chip aisle (makes no sense!) at the store at Wade Hampton and Suber in Greer.

    • Becky

I found some in Cayce. Bought a set for each CVS card we have. What a deal!

    • Chrissy

Checked all three Newnan, GA stores, after looking everywhere for them, cashiers told me at all three they were all sold out.

    • Denise

Just did this deal – worked great! I couldn’t find the lens cleaner wipes (.99c each), so I asked an employee – he brought me two packs & rang me right up!!

    • Shannon in ATL

Had to search for them but found them hidden on a hanging strip at beginning of hair care aisle…..really had to look.

    • ali

I found PLENTY at the CVS at the intersection of South Shades Crest and Highway 119 in Hoover, AL. The cashier wasn’t really nice about it. She said it was stealing since the wipes are NOT sunglasses, and thats what the ad states. Oh well, i got mine:)

    • Teresa-QOCD

Brian, I think you must have been in Greenwood, SC having everyone look for wipes. I found the last 2 at the end if the food aisle in the center of the store, but the string holders were there on hwy 221 and 25—sorry—cashier said some man was there and yall turned the store over!!

    • Worked in Wetumpka, AL!! I found them near the sunglasses display up front by the seasonal section. They were on the very bottom of the spin display.

    • Heather

None on Mableton Pkwy in Mableton,GA or Hicks/EW Connector in Austell, GA. Both cashiers were baffled and had no clue about them or the car cleaning cloths.

    • Samantha

This deal works in Destin Florida.

    • Julieann

Tons left at the Salem, VA Lakeside CVS. Also a few left at the Peters Creek Roanoke location. They’re not called Style Science there, I think it’s Sun Cover or something like that. They are with the Style Science glasses though, right at the bottom of the rotary display. Got mine!!!! Thanks Jenny.

    • Lynda

Thanks Larissa (comment 108). I was planning on going after work today. You saved me a trip.

    • Beth

I only had time to go to one CVS today at Lyles/Poplar Tent in Concord NC. I could not find them so I asked the manager and he said that they were out (sold the last ones this morning) and would not be replenished for about 2 weeks. :( While I was looking for these cloths, a woman was in there with mega coupons buying make up and peanut butter. The manager asked why she had so much of the same things. She explained the ECB and how it worked. The manager was impressed and said he was going to try the same deal! lol

    • jessica

totally works! the casher was back there trying to find some and i found them she was going to do it for herself! thank you for all you do!

    • Shanna Graham

Where in North Dallas did you find them? I’m having a hard time…but I’ve only looked here in Mckinney

    • Kim

Alicia, I wish I had scrolled down and read further into the blog, I went to CVS a few minutes ago and I did get my $10 ECB; but I got all they had thinking that if I separated each purchase, I would get a $10 ECB for each. NOT!! LOL :)

    • Tried all the CVS stores in Hickory, NC, and couldn’t find them. Not even a spot to put them in!

    • Kim

      I forgot to say THANKS!

    • Deanne G

Went to the store here in downtown Columbia near the campus of USC. No luck with the wipes or any kind. Wish I had paid attention to the glass cases and the lanyards. May go back after work.

    • Catherine

Farmville VA has them($.99) right up front across from the registers. Quite a few of the wipes and lanyards left. Hurry up!
      Great deal! Thanks!

    • Julie

Jenny, thanks a bunch for coming through with this deal. It worked in NW Ohio. But I have to add that the snotty cashier looked at my ECB and said, “This says you got the sunglasses.” I shrugged my shoulders and smiled. Mine were located near the makeup aisle and they had a bunch of them, but I wonder if the store will pull them.

    • Collins

They were sold out of the glasses wipes so I bought some car wipes(must have been the wrong ones) I didnt get my 10.00 ecb. But a friend of mine went this morning to the same cvs bough the sunglasses wipes and it worked.?..?

I went to Batesville Rd. Pelham and Hudson…searched the store over…anybody had any luck at any of these stores in Greenville. If so where are they at???

    • Style Science Lens Cleaning Clothes worked for me in at CVS in Warner Robins at Hwy. 96 and Houston Lake Road.

    • Julie

Well, that was fast – I think! I hit up 3 stores in NE Knoxville (TN) between 10am-12n and the ONLY Style Science products I found were some fabric pouch-cases for $6.99, all on the sunglass spinners. Saw a couple of empty pegs at 2 stores so I’m guessing those were cleaned out.

I did find glasses cases for $2.99 at the 1st store on Broadway, but I wasn’t sure they’d work since everyone else has been saying it’s the $.99 cloths/tissues or the $1.99 cases. I didn’t want to waste my ECBs from this week in case it didn’t work. I guess I shouldve gotten them?

    • Angie

CVS in Northport, Al. at 82 and 69 are either sold out or they don’t carry the item. All I could find were the $6.99 cases. Oh well, I’ll have better luck next time!! Thanks anyway for the info.!!!!!

    • Amber

I didn’t feel comfortable doing this deal… feels more like stealing than being thrifty! :S

    • Collins

I havent shopped at cvs in while will I still get the 10.00 ecb..? Dont you have to earn them?

    • Not finding them at the Duncan CVS stores.

    • Teresa

Wen to the CVS at Dorchester and Bacons Bridge in summerville today and they didn’t have the wipes or the cheap cases! :-(

    • momof2

JACKPOT!!!!!!!It worked for me in Greenville, SC. I bumped into a fellow Southern Saver(I think) today in Greenville, SC @ the CVS on Butler Rd. No wipes there but I hit the jackpot @ the CVS in Mauldin (close to Mauldin High School). I looked on the sunglasses rack, @ the back near the pharmacy (NOTHING) Thankfully by 2 year old wanted a bottle of bubbles & their they were near the beach stuff. I bought a couple & there was only 2 packs left.

    • Ron

Sold out at Atlanta Road in Smyrna. Hurt Road has 2 left, after I got mine.

    • ellen

This deal works in Coral Springs,Florida (southeast florida).

    • Stacey

Is there any store in Murfreesboro, TN that this deal is working at??? I just went to the store at corner of Memorial and Clark, and the cheapest thing they had was for $4.99. That would be a wash for me! I will check later after I leave work, but any input would be great! I think there are only 3 other stores in town, but I will check!
Please send suggestions either by post here or e-mail olivestacey@yahoo.com

    • Jamie

Did anyone see these in any of the MOntgomery, AL, stores? I went to 2 different ones and didn’t see them at either place…

    • Did not work at my store. Oh, well.

    • Misty

Where at the Brainerd/Spring Creek Rd CVS did you find these?

    • Lisa

When I bought the 2 packs of cloths and the EB’s printed out, the cashier said that they weren’t supposed to and she took them off my receipt! She said that corporate contacted them today about the error. I am not one for confrontation, so I returned my whole order and left. I didn’t think that was the best way to handle the situation from a customer service point of view. :( I would never shop at CVS if they didn’t have the EB deals. Their merchandise is way too expensive compared to other stores.

    • Kelly

It worked for me as well in Montgomery, AL. The sun covers brand does indeed work! :)

    • Misty

Where at the Spring Creek Rd/Brainerd CVS did you find these?

    • Misty

sorry! Had no idea those posted 3 times! Having computer issues!

    • Lorri

A friend of mine tried this at the Easley, SC store, and the manager told her he was told to “pull” these from the store

    • Julie from Sumter

Won’t do that again…Looked in Sumter at the Calhoun store. Found some wipes….$3.99…Didn’t work. Searched for the others….May take the ones I got back. Didn’t see Style Science.

    • Amanda C

They were out of the wipes at my store Lane Ave/Normandy Blvd (Jacksonville, Fl), but they did have the soft glass cases for 2.99 each – and it DID print out the $10ECBs:) YAY!! Thanks a bunch, Jenny:)

    • Jessica

      Which Montgomery stores have these?

    • Vanessa

The manager at a store on Mobile, AL said they had receievd an email from corporate around lunch saying they were printing the ECBs and this was a computer glitch. The stores were told to pull the items or not give the ECBs. Just a heads up….

    • Wendi

I had the same problem. I went around 1:00 today to the CVS in Port Wentworth, GA and the cashier tore the ECBs off of my receipt before giving it to me. I heard her mention to another cashier that those were the items they got the call about. :( Just so happens my husband could use them so I didn’t bother to return them but I was disappointed as well.

    • I found the wipes in Louisville. They weren’t anywhere near the sunglasses or eyeglasses and the cashier had never seen them before. Of course she loved the deal and was going to have to get some herself. They were on the side of an endcap on a small plastic strip. Paid $1 ECB and $1.04 OOP, and received $10 ECB!

    • Barbara

I went to a cvs in ft oglethorpe georgia and bought 2 of these and it didn’t work! I guess it was not supposed to be a ECB after all….oh well! At least I am only out 2.00!!

    • Teresa

Yesss! I found the StyleScience Lens Cleaning Cloths and the StyleScience Eyewear Retainer and they bothed worked toward the ECB deal! Thanks for all the helpful info on the site!

    • Teresa

Wanted to add that this was earlier today about 1:00 so I may have got them just in time! Sounds like the deal may be dead

    • Gabby

SCORE in Dallas, TX, near the intersection of Forest and Marsh (not too far from 635) — Sun Covers brand, on the sunglasses kiosk right in the middle of the store on the main aisle. I have briefly remembered someone mentioning the brand, so I went ahead and tried it, using my $2 ECB. The cashier was SUPER, super nice and when 10 ECBs printed she was like “oh, wow, you must have done something right!” Heck yeah, I read Southern Savers. ^_^ (There were about 8 or 9 left, so any North Dallas peeps better check it out!)

    • Amy in LA

It worked in Houma, LA! The west side store is sold out, but there were several left on the Prospect St store!

    • Marci

Found the lens wipes at Thompsons Station, TN store, hanging right with the sunglasses. They had plenty of them and the $2.99 cases too. Thank you!!

    • russell

worked in greenville, sc at the cvs by Greenville Memorial hospital. They didnt have the wipes, so i had to get the cases at $2.99 each. Still made $4 so I cant complain. Paid with $6 ECBs and total due was 5 cents. I love CVS!!!

    • K.

Thank you! I’m in Southern California, and I found the lens cleaning tissues at the Seal Beach store. I must say that the cashier was stunned that I got a $10 coupon for spending $2.

    • D.W.

tried 4 different stores in Sarasota, FL. In the last store my husband asked if they had these and the guy said “what is with these things? you are the 4th person today to ask me about them.” haha! he also said that his store hasn’t stocked them in 2 years! oh well. is there anyone else from Sarasota on here? if so, did you find them anywhere??

    • Monica

No score at 5:00 in Richmond Hill. Receipts printed and I saw the ECB but I heard a small beep and the cashier grabbed the receipts and tore out the ECB and trashed them. She said it was a system error and the cloths did not qualify.

    • JANET

I found PLENTY in Houston! I went to the CVS on gessner (on gessner the part in between Beltway 8 and 290) ITs a neighborhood CVS. The Cashier was suprised when they printed out. YAY! I GOT MINE!

    • lynn

i have gotten to know the guys and gals at my local cvs and they are great msot get excited to see how much iam going to save or what iam getting for free out of the three stores i shop cvs has the best customer service and nicest attitudes of them all ( feel like i should been sending them a thank you card every time i shopp there) cant wait tose each week what surpise they have happy cvsing all

    • Stacey

A big fat no on the Murfreesboro stores at Hwy 99 and Cason Ln. and the store on Mercury. I guess we have too many bargain seekers in town or the store has gotten wise to the deal!

    • Kim

There was one left at my CVS so I had to but one of the $2.99 cases. Worked like a charm and my cashier was very happy for me.

    • Tracie

Do you have 2 buy 2 of the Style Scince? I went to CVS tonday and bought the last Style Science wipes and one pair of Magnavision glasses and NO ECB’s. The Mgr. said you had to buy 2 of the same manufacturer, is this accurate?

    • jen

the cvs on the corner of whitehorse road and kfc has plenty of eye glass strings for 1.99 didnt feel like looking for the cleaner and i received the 10.00 ecbs cant conplain made 6.00

    • Jennifer

Checked at several stores in the Acworth/Kennesaw area and no luck.

    • Susan

      Tracie (165),

I bought one pkg of Sun Cover brand cleaners at one store and then one pkg of Style Science cleaners at a different store and I got the ECBs. The Magnavision brand must not be on the deal.

    • Ashley in NC

Amber, I’m so glad you shared that. The funny thing is, it didn’t settle right with me either. But I kept telling myself that was silly that if the CVS stores were printing the ECBs and allowing it, it must be okay. In fact I was so excited about this find that 1st thing this morning I loaded up the kids (which is a really big deal around here right now; we have a 3 yr old, 2 yr old, & 4 month old and I can count on 1 hand how manty times I’ve been out of the house with all 3). We went to 2 different CVS stores and couldn’t find them. I was so disappointed! Who wouldn’t like to make an instant $8? But the whole time I kept asking myself if it was right. The ECBs are intended for the sunglasses purchase. Someone discovered that the computers can’t distinguish between the sunglasses and other products made by the same company. It is a very easy way to make some money quickly, but knowing that it is due to an accidental computer oversight doesn’t settle well with me. It is the same kind of ethical questions we have to face when a cashier accidently hands us to much money back. Do we smile and walk away at her oversight, knowing that money rightly belongs to the store. I was just as excited about it as everyone else, but once I stopped to think about it, I think it does cross the line between shopping wisely on a budget and cheating a store out of money. I know there are probably some of you who think I’m “out in left field,” but I just wanted to throw this out there to think about. I’m certainly not looking down on anyone who got the ECBs. And I’m VERY greatful for your site, Jenny, and all the hard work you put into helping us save money. (I just started “couponing” last month and am already hooked. I check your site literally daily and sometimes multiple times a day!) I simply want us to look past the excitement of making a few easy dollars to make sure we’re not going against what we know is right. These are my opinions and I’m sure there are others with very different ones. I am definitely not trying to start something and am not interested in debating morals. I just wanted to share what I’ve been dealing with in my own heart, for what it’s worth.

    • Cori

      Jennifer (131)
      Greenville, SC
As of 9:00 the CVS at Chick Springs and Wade Hampton had 7 packs of the lens cleaning tissues at .99 each. They are at the opposite end of the aisle where the sunglasses are on the end of the shelf on a little plastic hanger.

    • Tawanda

Victory! New Orleans (Metairie Road) had some. Thanks Jenny!

    • michelle

I have been to garner rd in spartanburg and wade hampton and suber but could not find them, they had the cases at suber rd but did not want to spend six dollars will check lyman and east main in spartanburg tomorrow.

    • angela

The CVS on Long Shoals Road in Arden, Nc had a few of the wipes left. Thanks Jenny!

    • jennyd

did not have any in decatur alabama or moulton alabama.:(

    • meg

CVS in Houston on Washington only had two packages of the wipes and I got them today. They had the lanyard thingies but they were not $1.99, so if you’re in Houston stick to the one mentioned above!

I had a $4 ECB so I used that and got three candy bars for $2. Out of pocket: $0.00! :)

    • M Rose

Ashley(176)-Agree–I went and got mine thinking they were just part of the deal—then started looking on here and realized it really was a glitch. I guess I will (painfully!!) tear it up and not use it!!!! I agree that it is taking advantage of the system. If it was a legitimate freebie-then I am all over that–but if it is a mistake then-no can do!! I really goes back to the law of reaping and sowing—I sure don’t want to reap the re-payment for $10.00 that I “took”. The good Lord will provide. But it still hurts to tear up $$$!

    • Brittany

I also felt odd about this when someone else told me about it. Interesting to see where and how many stores have already got the call and started keeping the ECBs.

    • Martha

I checked in many CVS in Alpharetta, Duluth and Lawrenceville. No luck :(

    • Learning2CouponFL

I found two of the cleaning cloth packets pretty easily with the eyeglasses. They had the soft cases and the cords for sunglasses too. I bought them around 6:30 last night and the EBC’s printed. A coworker bought the same cloths this morning from another CVS and it didn’t print her ECBs so it appears that corporate caught the mistake and fixed it sometime during the night.

    • Meg

I got mine a few days ago and the first thing I said to my hubby when I brought the ECBS home was ‘Wow this almost seems like stealing’! I’m going to have to very ‘painfully’ (like M Rose) put mine through the shredder :( Sure wish it was a legitimate deal though…oh well…

    • Christy

If anyone finds them in Birmingham, AL please post… we have tried 4 different ones! thanks!

    • Robin

Did not work here in PA.:( I didn’t see it come out of the register unless the cashier snatched it like in the above post!! Ah well- I tried!!

    • Tiffani

It did work up until laast night. But it was a mistake and CVS fixed it.

    • Jennifer C.

CVS must have caught the mistake, some other sites are posting that the $10.00 ecbs are not printing today.

    • Amy

Just wondering if someone in the Chattanooga, TN area knows of a CVS where I can find them. Have tried two already and nothing!! Thanks!!

    • Tracy

Had to ask for them. They found 3 in back. Unfortunately did not work – Cape Coral Fl

    • Cristina

On the same “stealing” note, how do you handle returning something you used a coupon for? This happens to me a lot at Walgreens. If I purchase something and the RR doesn’t print out, I return it. Since coupons aren’t tied to the price of the item, I get back the full (or sale) price. That doesn’t seem right, but if I were to point out what I actually paid and the store adjusted the price, they’d still be getting reimbursed for the coupon from the manufacturer so they’d be the ones profiting.

However, if you pay for something using RRs or ECBs and return it, you’ll only get back the maximum you paid OOP so you lose the RRs or ECBs.

You win on one side and lose on the other.

    • just me

I tried the deal but it didn’t work (Sumter, SC) My question: I paid with mine using my ECBs. When I go back to get a refund, will they refund my ECBs or just the few pennies I paid???

    • Cristina

      just me,
I’d try returning it without a coupon and getting a gift card. I’ve asked before and they’ve told me I won’t get my ECBs back.

    • Cristina,
Moral dilemma for me, too. Each time I have said, “I used a coupon for this–I shouldn’t get the entire amount back” but they just shrug it off. I guess once it’s back on the shelf it resells for the original amount and they even out. But I guess the manufacturer loses money?

I appreciate those who’ve raised the moral issue and have stopped looking for the sunglass deal.

    • I visited the CVS in Denver, NC and purchased (2) Style Science Lens Cleaning Clothes and it did not give me any ECB’s. Oh well, just thought I would pass it along.

    • DeeDee

I tried it in Conroe, Tx. I got the two Style Science lens cleaners for 99. It DID NOT produce ECB. I know it was the correct product because it had same picture that was posted . I guess that they have caught on and changed the computers.

    • DeeDee

About the coupon issue , I think the store still sends in the orginal purchase reciept with the coupon. You should get reimbursed for the full amount because you are losing the coupon . They cannot give it back if a day goes by. If you cancel the trans. right afterward they can give you back the coupon then .
      Does that make sense ?

    • Jessica

Ashley and M Rose- Thank you so much for saying what you did. I totally agree. I went yesterday- and same as M Rose I just thought this was part of the deal since the computers were printing them. Well I got my ECB, and checked back online later in the day and found out that this was a mistake, and was not supposed to be part of the deal, and I just felt so terrible feeling like I had taken advantage of someone. Well, earlier today I mailed my ECB along with a letter to the store letting them know I didn’t mean to rip them off, and I just couldn’t use the “money” if it really was not part of the deal. Thanks for your comments. I guess I’m not alone.

    • Virginia

If you return something that you used coupons or ECBs to pay for, YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO GET THE ENTIRE PRICE REFUNDED TO YOU. Reason? Say you bought a $10 item and used a $5 coupon. You decide to return it. They only give you $5 back. They are going to put that item back on the shelf to sell again for $10, and they are also still going to turn in the $5 coupon for redemption. So they end up making $15 off of the same $10 item which is WRONG. Obviously stores will start refusing to allow you to make returns if you are clearly abusing the system. But if you have to make a legitimate return every now and then that you happened to use a coupon on, you are supposed to be refunded the entire price you were charged, not just what you paid.

If you pay with ECBs, it is CVS policy to refund you that amount on a CVS Money Card which is basically a giftcard/store credit. You EARNED your ECBs through purchasing advertised items, so they are yours to keep and yours to be refunded to you if you need to return something.

Also, consider this – what if you use a coupon or ECBs and pay absolutely $0 OOP? Say you bought something that was $10 but paid $0 and you want to return it. They cannot just take the item back from you w/o giving you a refund. They can’t just say ‘oops, sorry, you didn’t actually pay anything so we can’t give you any refund but sure we’ll take the product back from you and re-sell it again.’ Nope. They MUST refund you.

    • Deena

Finally located cleaning cloths in Nashville on Murf. Rd., but the promotion was over and ECBs didn’t print. Couldn’t locate $5.99 sunglasses which I needed for gift bags. If anyone has seen them in Nashville please let me know so I can pick them up before promo ends tomorrow.
Aveeno positively ageless were part of the spend $20 get $10 ECB promo. Still had a $10 off 3 coupon.

    • Angela P

You Southerners are so lucky! You keep finding these great mistke “deals”. Looks as though my CVS never even carried the brand you are speaking of. Sometimes Maine just SUCKS!!! However, it was nice to see so many moral advocates out there – although I believe CVS would still not be really losing anything. Not sure how their ECB work for them, but I’m sure they do just fine.

      • Jenny

You are right, ECB’s are not funded by CVS but by the manufacturer’s either directly or indirectly. So for CVS it is of little effect to them if at all. They are happy that you came in and now happy that you will come back and get more since you have $10 to spend. While it is an error and not a planned intention, it is not a negative effect for CVS.

    • lynn

hmmm when i came across this deal and was one of the ones to give jenny a heads up on it i thought it was a ligit deal as i started reading post to day about the moral issue in regaurd to this deal i went to csv ….. just to ask them wat was up the manager said we did nothing wrong that cvs wants us to keep the ecbs….. and even if you tear them up they still show up on your acount (please veiw your own account on line at cvs.com……. but thought the issue of morality over a deal that cvs says they want them to keep the bucks i wonder why i see no moral issue when people go to the store to purchaase something just for the ecb or rr or any other program …… once the person gets there rr ecb they return the product and ha ppiely spend the rr ecb ect ect ……….. i see a lot of people at diffrent times have been on here and left messages saing that they either do that or are going to do that or have done that ………………….after reading from the newly formed moral police on here and talking to the manager at my local cvs i feel perfectly good about everything …… but another example would be that this weeks new deal is for soy joy it is a free ecbs and a free product deal…….so any one who does that deal will or has the potentail to make a nice profit on itin the end this is what cvs said to me….. it was well worth all the free p attention we gt and the product got free advertisement

    • lynn

any ways to throught the word stealing or morality out there was harsh those of you who have it cvs wants you to keep it and use it those of you who dont want to well then dont i feel moraly fine with it and cvs says they like the business that the coupons bring to there store keep bloggin its the best advertisment the product or the store can get thank you and god bless all

    • Tana

I have just started and thought this would be a good start. Is there a limit to how many you can get to rack up some ECB and how long do you have to use the ECB you get back on these?
      Thanks for any help!!!

    • Jennifer C.

This deal is dead, it has been reported by numerous people that it is not printing the ecbs anymore so I wouldn’t try it. If you are new to CVS’ing you should check out the getting started guides tab at the top of the Southern Savers page, it is very helpful.

    • Tracy C

Well, sorry to say it did not work for me. I tried the sunglasses case and my bucks did not print. Oh well, better deals later. Thanks anyway.

    • Dion

Am I too late, is this deal still going on now?

      • Jenny

This deal is over now, sorry.
