This week we have some kid activities that will require us to pack a lunch and we also plan to have a beach day, so I’m planning to have easy snacky lunches every day this week. We’re trying a bunch of grilled meals this week because I find it makes it faster and easier to clean up. After a long day spent out and about, I want dinner to be quick and easy. I usually choose a couple breakfast options and a couple lunch options for each week so that I’m not buying a ton of different groceries that may or may not get eaten. We usually also have dinner leftovers that some people at for lunch some days! With both breakfast and lunch, fruit and raw veggies are also an option.
