This week was a fun week for saving money!  I couldn’t pass up the huge deals at Rite Aid on personal care and paper goods and decided to win the gold star aunt award and also grab the Walgreens huggies deal.  We are so stocked on diapers and pull-ups that we don’t need any more, but when the deals are this good you stock up and donate/gift them!!

Rite Aid was first, second, third… you get the idea.  The deals this week are so good that it took three trips to find everything we wanted.  In the end I should have known what store would have them, so it’s my fault.  While it’s sad to say if you want a tip on finding things in-stock checking the stores in the poorest areas tend to be your best bet.

Remember at Rite Aid and CVS you can buy things in multiple transactions.  The computer will track what you have bought and give the reward when you complete the total needed.

We Bought:
(2) Head & Shoulders Hair Care, 2 for $12

Even if I had no Plenti points, after all the rewards it’s like I got everything for 62¢ !!!  While I didn’t buy this all in the same transaction my first transaction was over $40 before coupons to use the store coupon.  We then drove around town looking for Bounty Paper Towels and Always Pads…

Walgreens was just as much fun, without needing to visit three stores.  They have a great diaper deal that ends Saturday, plus for those of us that shopped early we had extra Ibotta offers to pair with it.
