Joann’s Crafts has their entire line of Cheer & Co. Party supplies Buy 1, Get 3 free, through 10/17.
Pick from tableware, banners, backdrops, cupcake toppers, place cards, gift bags, etc… it was an entire aisle of goodies at my store!! Colorful, wedding themed, single colors you name it.
One idea is wrapping paper.  We always see deals on holiday paper, but rarely on birthday or other events.
