What kind of expiration date are on the coupons you can get with your points?

      • Georgia Girl

Anywhere from a month to three months.

        • leisa2

Ok, thanks for the info! :)

          • Brian

One that I printed last night was only 2 weeks.

    • i entered a normal 100 point code and got 500 for it!

    • jennb

I’ve already joined, but sometimes I am having trouble finding the code on some items. Are they typically in a certain place or have you found them to be in different places on different items? Any tips would be greatly appreciated :)

      • claire

Right inside the cereal box toward the top. You can’t get the code without opening the packages.

      • Erin

It’s very irritating though, I bought 6 boxes of PopTarts yesterday and only one of them says anything about the Family Rewards Program, it seems like the specially marked packages go fast!

    • Jennb

Definitely want to get in on this! Hoping you guys can give me some tips on finding the codes on these marked boxes. Are they typically in the same place or have you found them to be in different places on different items? Any tips would be greatly appreciated :)

      • gingerinCA

The ones in the product are easy to find. Just cut the box open, they are printed on the inside, and it’s the only thing printed there.

Help. I keep trying to get to the list of current codes but I cant find the page on southern savers. Can someone post another link or copy and paste them in this comment section? thanks

    • Jerry

They are always on the inside of kellogg cereal, eggos, and poptarts boxes. In order for them to have a code you will have to buy the boxes with the family rewards box top. kinda looks like the general mills cereal box tops for education. It is an emblem similar to the size of the boxtop.

    • Jerry

      they meaning “codes”

    • homeschoolbookmom

Okay. thanks But I thought Jenny had posted a “list” of current codes. Some websites have “free codes” that you cna enter. Maybe I misunderstood this statement ”

If you haven’t gotten started, check out a list of current codes you can enter….

Any one else have trouble printing their reward coupons? I tried redeeming 1000 points for the pop tart coupon. I was unable to print it because it gave me an error message and then said I had already viewed this offer. Very frustrating since I can print the regular coupons from that web site and red plum coupons with no problem.

    • jerry

I had the same problem. I found the only browser I could print from is internet explorer (64 bit). You can call kellogg customer service to get your points back. Just call the customer service number and they will reissue your points.

      • Brian

I was able to print two offers earlier in the evening. I went shopping, came back and entered codes to get the triple values. Ordered another coupon, and wouldn’t work. I was using IE 64 bit. So the browser is not necessarily the culprit. On their Facebook page (Red Plum’s), there are dozens of people complaining having the same problem. I was able to get the 1000 points restored, but they said that would be a one-time thing. I want to try printing again, but scared to lose the points again. Will try when I get home later. Can’t get Red Plum to answer or even acknowledge that there is a problem. Frustrating.

    • mom

im glad i dint entered my codes right away so could take advantage of triple points now and went from 1,805 points to 3,635 points with triples wooooo hooooo!!!

    • Same problem with printing coupons but I called and they were really nice and are going to mail my coupons and credited my points back to my account :)
