Looking for a way to make some extra money from home? VIPKID is a Chinese online education firm that offers American elementary education experience to Chinese students who are ages 4 to 12.

VIPKID hires teachers to give one-on-one 25 minute lessons using the company’s education platform. No experience in teaching is required!

Work Hours:
They prefer teachers to be available for at least 7.5 hours per week to teach, but there isn’t a set requirement.  To fall in line with China’s time zone, most people teach in the early morning.

Pay Rate:
The hourly rate ranges from $14 to $22.  The more sessions you are able to book the more you can make!

Skills Needed:
They prefer a bachelors degree for a US or Canadian University and would like for you to have experience with children such as: teaching, mentoring, coaching, tutoring, babysitting etc.  You do not need any formal teaching experience and do not need to know a foreign language.

If you have a few hours a week to spare, this could be a great way to earn some extra money!
