The Office Depot Multipurpose Paper, 10 ream case, is $39.99 in Pace, FL

    • Laura Fallis

Hi! When do the Amazing Deals start at Office Depot?

    • Josh

I believe members get $5 back on the ream of paper.

    • vickisfloyd

Do you have to make a $5 purchase for each 1 cent deal? Or can you make a $5 purchase and get all of the 1 cent deals?

      • mom2many

        Make one $5 purchase

      • Jenn C-F

I would think that if you picked up the Office Depot Brand Multipurpose Ream Paper, you pay $6 in store then reward members get $5.99 in rewards, making the ream $0.01, would allow you to purchase the other $0.01 deals. That is my plan tomorrow.

        • T MAc

Just one $5.00 purchase opens up all of the one cent deals. For example. Office Depot Brand 400 ct Notebook Filler Paper, $3 plus 2 x Paper Mate Sharpwriter Pencils, 12 pk, $1 total $5.00 and then add all of the others you want.

    • Amanda Graham

Can someone explain how their Bonus Rewards work. For example: How do I get the $5.99 back from the ream of copy paper that I paid $6 for?

      • Joy

I had the same question and was so confused. Here is what I found out. It will automatically be credited to your account in about a month. Make sure that you sign up for their rewards card if you don’t have one already and then register it online and create and account. The Bonus Rewards will be money that you can spend in their store. It’s not a rebate.

      • Faye Brooks Lantz

You have to register your rewards card online. After you make you purchase it is credited to your account. Your bonus rewards are available every quarter. You log on to your account and print your bonus rewards and use it toward any item in the store.
The key is to not use your rewards on another bonus rewards item though…..they will lower your rewards points if you do.
        Hope this helps ;-)

I haven’t had any problems paying with rewards to earn rewards. Every week I buy the paper deal, but the only time I actually paid more than tax was the first week. It usually posts in a week or two,

my office depot not taking manu coupons

      • They should all take them. Those are coupons they will get reimbursed for. I would try calling corporate and see if they can help your store understand the policy better.

    • Michelle

I want to buy the Brother HL-L2320D printer (not wireless) for my son’s dorm and I missed the sales in July. Do you think it will go on sale again this month?

    • SueH

Do they allow you to ‘roll’ the rewards, like the drug stores? Can I use the reward to purchase an item and then get the rewards for that item?

      • Heidi Winters Foster

No, Unfortunately. If you get a deal..for example this week’s $29.99 deal on a 10 Ream Case of Printer Paper. Get back $20 in Rewards. To make it a final cost of $9.99. You can not use the $20 toward your next purchase if it too is a deal with Rewards. So, say you’re getting a deal that’s a 4 Ream Case for $9.99 the following month (rewards points are issued usually every 30 days) then you get back $9.98 in rewards to make the final cost $.01¢ So..you couldn’t use the $20 you earned from your 10 Ream Case to pay for your $9.99-4 Ream Case. Make sense?

        • SueH

I was able to use ink recycling rewards to buy the batteries, and then got the rewards for the batteries. I think the difference is that I was spending recycling rewards.

I love office max. Most of my paper is virtually free since I started shopping there for it. So, it doesn’t bother me if I lose sheets of paper now and then by having to throw them away.

    • LaShan Coker

I’ve been watching for those penny and quarter deals that Office Depot has done in the past. Are they not doing them this year? They have typically started mid-July. So far I’m not impressed with their back-to-school prices… I can get the same or better at Walmart.

    • Melissa Anderson

Are they not doing penny deals this year?

      • ATAmom

Office Depot and Office Max announced earlier this year that they would not be having penny deals in 2018.
