I’ve got our regular monthly meal plan for you, but I did a little something extra this month! I’m personally trying to pay more attention to my diet, and I have found it helpful to stick with lower carb recipes. This doesn’t mean going fully keto (which means less than 20g total a day!) but just paying attention to my overall carb intake. I found myself looking up some new recipes and decided to just make up a low carb monthly meal plan! I hope this inspires you to try some new things (whether you’re trying to eat low carb or not).
