If you need any baking products, now is your chance to buy them! Unlike most items, baking supplies don’t follow a typical 6-12 week sale cycle. They are really only on sale during the Thanksgiving-Christmas season and then again around Easter time.
If you don’t buy them now, you’ll have to wait until July 4th to see them on sale again.
Now, you don’t need to go out and buy 100 pounds of flour, but you should stock up for about 4 months worth. This is your chance to restock your pantry for a fraction of the normal cost.

Just wanted to remind you that as of today there are no new Sweetbay deals. Starting tomorrow all stores will officially run the Winn Dixie weekly ad and be known as Winn Dixie’s. I know this is sad for some folks, but in end the end should actually be viewed as a good thing. With Bi-Lo/Winn Dixie strengthening their company in the South East it only provides a better competition to Publix.
Competition is the backbone of what makes our economic system work, and should in turn see both stores offering more ways to save and drive traffic into their stores. So here’s to bigger deals and more savings (that’s what I’m hoping anyway).

Shell is bringing back their incredibly popular WINSdays. Every time the #22 Shell Car wins a Nascar race the following Wednesday will have big savings for us. Total you can save $9.90 off gas thanks to this win!!

How the savings works:
- Shell Saver Cardholders will get a savings of 22¢ per gallon (up to 25 gallons) when they purchase any grade of Shell Gasolines or Shell Diesel using their Shell Saver Card the Wednesday – or WINsday – following the win.
- When you use your Shell Saver Card on WINsday, you will get an email with an FRN Rewards Code and activation instructions. Once the FRN Rewards Code has been activated, the additional 22¢ per gallon savings (up to 20 gallons) will be added to your FRN Account and can be redeemed on a future purchase of gasoline with their Fuel Rewards Network Card at any participating Shell station.
Odds are that most of you don’t have a Saver Card. So go ahead and get one now, so that the next time #22 wins you win! A Shell Saver Card is free to get and is linked to your checking account and gives you a 2¢ per gallon discount every time you get gas.
The Fuel Rewards Card is also free to get and is jsut a rewards card. You earn another 3¢ off per gallon with this card (they can be used together) plus you earn more gas savings through many other ways to earn. Most folks save around 25¢ per gallon with the Fuel Rewards Network program!
I just signed up for both and it took maybe 5 minutes total. While I won’t get the 44¢ savings tomorrow, I’m totally ready and cheering him on for the next race!! (When he does win Saver Card members get an email so you won’t miss the savings).
