A lot of coupons on Coupons.com, Smartsource.com, and RedPlum.com can be found no matter what zip code you use, like General Mills cereal.  However, have you ever tried exploring a variety of zip codes?  Here are the newest coupons I found with when I searched through some of my favorite zips:
