A new year is upon us, and people still want to eat! I’ve been looking for some new recipes for my family and have been focusing on some healthier options during the week with more indulgent recipes on the weekends, so this monthly meal plan for the first month of the year reflects that. I hope you all have a very happy new year and find time and space to think about what you might want to change this year!

We have found some of my family members to be very dairy intolerant, so I included some dairy-free recipes to try. If you don’t have those food restrictions, feel free to add in some dairy to some of the meals! Also, remember if there are meals your family doesn’t like or can’t eat, you can always substitute other things for certain days and still use this monthly meal plan as a template.
