Can you believe the year is three quarters of the way over? Although it’s not yet cold here in the Southeast, I’m still going to plan to have lots of soup this month. I’m pulling out my favorite potato soup and chili recipes as well as some other heartwarming soup options. You’ll also notice that we’re having tacos a lot this month. Thursday nights are crazy, and instead of trying to reinvent the wheel, I decided we’d stick with that easy meal that night because it can be left on the stove and people can eat when they are able to.
