This time of year can be so busy, so having some side dishes in the freezer ready to go. You can pick up a rotisserie chicken for dinner and still have an easy and filling side dish ready to go. You could also use these for holiday meals or parties when you’re having do to other cooking on the spot. Here are 5 freezer side dishes to fill your freezer.

Stock the Freezer: Freezer Side Dishes (with Shopping List!)

At the end of the post is a grocery list if you want to make ONE batch of each of these recipes. The posts will give you freezing instructions!

Cheesy Broccoli Casserole | The Cozy Cook If I were making this as a side dish, I’d leave out the chicken (and I’ve done that on the shopping list). Just make it with broccoli and cheese!

Macaroni and Cheese | Happy Money Saver To make the shopping list easier, I suggest making this with just cheddar cheese (or whatever cheese you already have!).

Oven Roasted Rataouille | The Cook’s Pyjamas

Because all the vegetables in this are cooked, it makes for a great freezer side dish! You could also make this in the summer with fresh garden veggies and save it for later in the year.

Twice Baked Potatoes | From Valerie’s Kitchen

These are one of our favorite holiday side dishes!

Green Bean Casserole | Good Dinner Mom

Instead of white wine, substitute with some extra chicken broth!
