We go through these weird banana phases. Some weeks we’re going through multiple bananas a day, with every person in the family eating one each. So the next week I buy several bunches so we have enough, and then everyone decides they don’t want to eat bananas anymore.

Then give it another week and I have three bunches of ripe bananas and need to figure out what to do with them. Thankfully, bananas are very versatile, and there are tons of delicious ways to use ripe bananas! Here are some of my favorite ways, from pancakes to cakes to smoothies.
