Inspiration for this meal plan came from the bounty of summer produce we’re seeing. You can always cook a double batch of some of these and put half in the freezer for later in the year when the produce prices aren’t as good! I also planned for a dessert that uses fresh peaches and blueberries. It doesn’t get any better than that!
