No time or money for the gym? Did you know you can learn how to do just about anything on YouTube? Starting or changing your fitness routine is no exception and there are tons of channels out there to help you get into shape.
Plus, workouts are great for you physically, but my absolutely favorite benefit of exercise is the mood boost. An at-home workout can ease your burdens and have your endorphins buzzing all day.
Hint: These YouTube workouts are fantastic for when you’re on vacation and only have access to limited equipment.

YouTube Fitness Channels
You don’t need a mat to do yoga, just find a place on the floor where you won’t slip. However, you can grab one for usually less than $20!
Are you a runner stuck inside on a rainy day? You can still up your run game with an at-home workout!
Boxing and MMA
Want to try something different? Boxing and MMA workouts are not only unique and fun, but can give you some skills you can use in the real world!
Strength workouts are some of the best for anti-aging. Building muscles boosts your metabolism (burn calories while you’re doing nothing!), lowers bodyfat and helps protect you from injury.
I love these adjustable Bowflex dumbbells. They are a bit pricey but work extremely well and don’t take up a lot of room. I use mine almost everyday!
HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts are fantastic for busy people. You’ll work hard for a brief period of time but torch calories and seriously boost your mood for hours or more!
Need a workout that doesn’t feel like a workout? Learning a new dance is a perfect solution. It’s fun, gets your heartrate up and your body moving, plus you’ll be the star of the dance floor at the next wedding!
Expecting? You can still workout safely with a bun in the oven!
No gym? No equipment? No problem. You can have a fantastic workout with just some YouTube videos and your own bodyweight. These are a great idea for keeping up with your goals on vacation, too!
Be nice to your inner kid and learn some awesome jump rope moves!! The best part about jump rope is it great cross training for almost every sport plus has the benefit of being lots of fun.

Barre workouts are popular for a reason – they’re fun, unique and very effective. Some of the best workouts I’ve ever done have been barre workouts.
