Omg…I am shocked…I actually see a few good coupons coming out. :) I’m sure it won’t last.

      • Globug1

Hi Annie. Which coupons do you see here look good? I’m curious on your strategy.

    • Erica

I would love any huggies coupons if anyone doesn’t need. Princess200518@hotmail.com

      • Brenda McCarta

What is your address and I will send u what I have mccarta234@aol.com

      • wendyc33

I leave my diaper coupons for someone else. The coupon fairy. :) I just hope someone in need really gets them.

    • Mrs. M

Yayy!!! So exciting. I think I’ll buy 4 papers this weekend:)

    • Cindy

Where’s the food.  They are starving me to death!

      • Sharon

I know what you mean.  Around our house our hair is clean, we smell great from all the body wash… our clothes are clean and we have plenty of toilet tissue …. but there isnt anything to eat!!  I have taken Jenny’s advice about joining a CSA for fresh fruits/veggies and starting to shop at the Ft. Jackson commassary for meat and other groceries, its the only way I can afford actual food!

        • Jessica

I looked over it twice thinking….”I missed the food coupons somewhere”

    • mcalislr

      What is the third insert?

      • Lisabluedevil

There are 2 SS inserts plus the 1 RP.

    • LauraW

Here we go with a repeat of last spring and summer coupons…junk and no food coupons. Glad I stocked up all fall and winter. Putting my paper on hold until further notice.

    • Kendra

I have a newborn so the Huggies coupons are great for me. I will be getting at least 3 papers for all of the other great coupons.

    • SusanA

I need help!!!  I am unable to print any coupons.  Every time I try it says I
have already printed my limit.  This has been going on for almost 2 months.
And no one else lives in this house or has access to the computer except
my husband and he would never coupon, trust me.  I am in tears, HELP!!

      • Perhaps try a different browser to see if that helps. If not, you may need to contact the company.

        • SusanA

I have contacted them and they say that if I am not
printing them then someone else is printing them.  Trust
me no one is printing them from this computer and this is
          the only computer we have.

          • Mlw1ofakind

The program that tracks which coupons you print could be corrupt.  If you know what the name of the program is you can try uninstalling it and reinstalling it.

      • Mamahen34

try unhooking your printer, then removing your printer completely from the programs part of the computer then hook it back up & if necessary re-install it to your programs after rebooting your computer,,, I did that a while back & it helped. maybe it’ll help you too.

      • Steve

I had it tell me it did not work with my printer… I installed the Firefox and it started working fine… You might try that

      • Yolanda_gaston

That happend to me and I found out that there’s a limit of so many coupons allowed in a certain once that limit is reached it will say print limit reached. That why you have to check regular and not delay in printing what coupons you need.

      • Yolanda_gaston

    • Brenda S

Seriouly…other than the diapers…junk….I didnt even see a single coupon i would clip from RP

    • claracrane

There are typically one to three coupon inserts in each Sunday paper. These “Coupon Inserts” are Smart Source, Red Plum and Proctor & Gamble if you want to find them online check the site Printapons

    • CouponNutJob

When some of you say you will purchase 3-4 papers this Sunday, how much do your papers cost? Just curious because my paper runs $3/each so buying 3-4 would run me $9-$12 a week!! Too much for me. I use a clipping service because of the crazy cost for a newspaper!

      • jessiew

If i get extra i go to the dollar tree, they are $1 and have the same coupons:)

        • Shannon Utter

My dollar tree also has the newspapers for $1.00

      • Claudia_isidora

i have samebody who sells me the ajc with $1.50

      • Squirrelhater

Sptbg. & G’ville are each $1.50…hoping our new QTs will offer some bundle deals like they do in Atl.

      • Litlcountrygirl2002

how much are the coupon services

      • Tonks

Walgreens in Cary, NC has the papers for 1.40 which is better than the normal $2 rack rate.  I cancelled my subscription because when I called to renew, they told me I’d have to pay $2.40 to help pay for gas cost.  Uh no.  I can drive 2 blocks to Walgreens.  I usually buy at least 5.  There are very few things that I stock up on but when I can I do.  I DO NOT shelf clear though.  I abide by store limits and if I have as much as I want already, I leave coupons for the next person.

But I do get at least 5.  One week I got 15.  And I’m glad I did.  I got several things that will last my 16 year old son and I a long time.  I know there’s a sale cycle but I’m not in school right now so I’m trying to stock up while I can.

      • Janice

Our papers cost $1.75 ea. and usually pay for themselves with about 2 coupons.

      • Cayacoup

1st: I love your name!!  lol  Tampa Bay times costs $.75. The Tampa Tribune costs about $.50 more. and you are so right. a coworker of mine was trying to get into couponing but would get hung up on not always saving 100% and always said “no good coupons”. I tried to tell her completely free shopping trips take time, experience and are rare. I told her the same thing you learned: hold onto the coupons because they could mean really good deals down the road

      • Kimi

My papers are $2 each and in the end I save WAY MORE than $2 from each set of coupons.

      • Ammck

I get my papers at the local Dollar tree store, Everything in there is $1 including the Sunday papers

      • June

There are usually restaurants coupons for 4.00 off–that more than pays for mine even before couponing—we eat at red Lobster and Longhorn a lot and they almost always have coupons

      • Sheri Homestead

I pay .50 for The Miami Herald in Spanish on Saturday – The same coupons that come in the Sunday paper are included in our Saturday edition and I get them a day earlier!!

      • shops2much

I like using a clipping service as it contributes a little to the clippers pocket …people helping people is what I like about the idea the most.

      • Cgrooms

i buy a hundred a week , they were .75 each now they are a dollar but i extreme coupon shop so i get alot of items

        • jazigirlnc

How do you buy 100 newspapers a week? Do you go straight to the newspaper company? I ask because I was fussed out this morning by a cashier for trying to buy 3 in a gas station. I don’t need anywhere near 100 but 3-6 depending on the insert would be nice.

      • GaCouponLady

I used to buy 10 papers at $@ca1bfd515e4269d13c7d7542dc06b4da:disqus  each but then they went up to $2.50 so went back to about 6 papers.  I have found at our local Kroger they bundle an early release Sunday and a Sunday paper for $3.99 Which saves me a dollar per two papers and they have the same coupons in them, plus they have a wrap around both so you can be sure the coupons were not stolen from them.

    • CouponNutJob

If anyone is not going to be using the 3.00 off BIC Razors coupons or the NIVEA body wash coupons, please let me know and I can send ones back if you are looking for certain ones.  We are getting low on razors and body wash. Thanks!

    • Michelle

I see people complaining from week to week about the lack of “good” coupons and sometimes, from the outset, I agree.  But you never know what sale is coming down the pike and what coupon will make for a great deal.  There was one week I thought the coupons didn’t look good so I chose not to buy the paper.  Then, a couple of weeks later, a few things went on sale and were combined with those coupons from the paper I didn’t buy.  I was kicking myself!  So, what may look like nothing could definitely turn into something down the line.  You just never know.  So, lesson learned…I always get at least 2 papers, even when it seems there’s nothing there I like.

    • michelle

The only thing that kind o sucks is that there is no food coupons , it would be so nice  to have them again like for yoghurt and lunchmeat or anything like that or ice cream??Brownies??Why not???Why not anymore??

    • Janice

Thank you for keeping us updated!

    • Janice

Kroger had Ivory body wash on sale this week for $1.00 and we had coupons for $1.00 of 2. So I got some for 50 cents ea.

    • Ammck

I look at it like this. If can get cleaning supplies, body wash, shampoo’s , etc for a little of nothing using coupon’s that leaves me more money to actually spend on food.  With a husband on Disability and a 17 month old every penny counts

      • Sharon

I hadnt thought of it that way. I have a hubby on disabilty too, a 15yo, 14yo and a 2 yo… i work full time…but its a struggle.  But looking at things from your persective made a little light bulb off for me!  Money saved anywhere is just that money saved!

      • Debee2000

Just an FYI, I have had no offers to help. Can anyone do either RP or SS?

    • wendyc33

Does anyone have problems getting a virus when downloading and printing from coupons dot com? I dont at home, but when i print some at my business the comp. their seems to have a problem with it and it gets a virus. I dont know why it does it on that computer. I really dont think it is from that site, but my coworker seems to think it is.

      • Valpal 357

I was printing coupons then it crashed our computer. Did some research, most do install spyware, not necessarily a virus. They could let you print without downloading that crap, but they make you DL it. But I just stay away from them, the spokespersons never give straight answers.

    • Kristina

Anyone in Savannah, GA have home delivery and recieved 1 smartsource and 1 redplum? I am debating whether to call the paper company and asking them where my other insert is? Please let me know if you had this same problem.

      • Mookie-c25

        i’m in sav  and only got1rp and1ss.

    • jazigirlnc

      Just venting…

I went into the Wilco Hess on Hwy 43 in Greenville, NC  this morning to get my Raleigh News and Observer papers as I alway do on Sunday mornings. I don’t buy the local paper because the coupons are less in value and and quantity. I was already prepared in my mind that I might have to drive a little further to get papers because it was late (around 10 am) and the Sunday before last all of the Raleigh News and Observers in the store had been stripped of all of the inserts (this was at least 15 papers I checked before giving up).

I commenced to look for the papers and the rack was empty so I made a drink and proceeded to the counter. I asked about the papers at the counter and the cashier told me she had them at the counter becuaause people had been stealing the inserts. I verified the inserts were in the papers I wanted to purchase and she looked at me and said “I can’t sell you those papers you can only buy 2″. Now first of all I have  purchased up to 6 papers at this location at times becuase I buy papers for my self and my mother who lives in an area that doesn’t get any major papers. I commenced to tell her this and she says ,”Okay I’ll sell you the 3 papers but this is ridiculous. I get fussed out because the people who come in after church are mad because they can’t get a paper.” I explanined to her that we live in a capitalist society and its first come first serve and they should come in earlier to get their paper like I do or go somewhere else when they are out like I do as well. She then tells me “if you are going to argue with me I just won’t sell you the papers at all.”
Okay so I’m supposed to stand there while this cashier has just called my actions ridiculous while the other customer look at me like I’m trying to buy the crack that was stored under the counter, smile, say nothing, pay for my papers, and thank her for her graciousness of selling me 3 papers.
Soo…I say if I you would just ring me up I’ll be out of here and she says ” that’s it I’m not selling you the papers” so I respond okay I’ll just go get them at Barnes and Nobles. And here’s the kicker…she says “so do you want to pay for your drink”.  I’ll add the bleeps here ….and pause…and I exit the store.

I then go to Barnes and Nobles purchase my papers without incident and kindly recount my story to the cashier there and she immediately says “no it’s first come first serve”.
I asked my husband when I get home (and he’s no fan of couponing either) and he says “that’s the kind of stuff you should get fired for”. So I do feel vindicated that I wasn’t being unreasonable however it still stings that his woman was okay with her actions since she claimed to be the store manager.

Whatever happened to customer service. Geez…

Needless to say Barnes and Nobles will now get all of my newspaper budget and some other gas station my fuel budget.

If you live in Greenville, NC beware we now have newspaper police.

      • heaya

For what it’s worth, I am the type of person that when that kind of situation happens, I go above the “store manager” and I make a point of it. The newspaper is a dying business, thankfully the sunday newspaper sells well because of this economy and because of us “crazy couponers,” otherwise during the economic crisis, most papers would have had to stop printing. Anyway, I definitely would have tried to find out something from their corporate office, unless it’s a gas station where the people own it themselves, someone should have to answer to the rudeness you went through. It is their job to sell you merchandise, not back talk you. You weren’t being rude. After working in customer service, that is my hugest pet peeve, going to a store and the sales person thinks they are doing me a favor. Without customers, they have no job.

      • Couponcrissy90

i would call cooperate on her and report her actions especially if she was an manager. I have worked in Customer Service for more than 20 years and that is uncalled for. they r not thier papers anyway so who cares how many you buy as long as you are paying for them. Sounds like she had a scam going if you ask me. I have never heard of anyone taking out the inserts and laying them aside for “safe Keeping”

    • Cepcoupons

I have 10 or so of the recent diaper coupons that I’d love to trade for the Lysol coupons- esp. the spray and wipes! Email me at cepcoupons@gmail.com. Thanks!

I have 9 sets of the Huggies Coupon’s. The $2 and  $1.50 ones.  My baby is allergic to them so I have to use other brands. I would love to trade for some of the Keebler cookie coupons. Unfortunally our paper did not have those coupon’s in them.  If you don’t have the cookie coupon’s to trade I will still be willing to send the Diaper coupon’s to anyone who can use them.

I was out of town on Sunday and didn’t get to a grocery store or pharmacy until 1pm on Monday to which both stores told me that the Sunday papers (AJC) had already been picked up by the Newspaper at 11:30.  I went to Walmart, because they usually keep a bunch, but they were sold out.  Can anyone tell me where I can get a Sunday paper now? This makes no sense to me as to why a paper would be picked up so soon on Monday morning. Readership and subscriptions are way down, and you would think that the paper would keep Sunday papers around a little longer to sell more of them. I tried to call the paper to ask where I could get one, waited on hold for 30 minutes and then was told that I would have to call Customer Service at another number.  I gave up!

My local walgreens usually has them thru tuesday afternoon, sometimes wednesday. But there are 2 others near by that get theres picked up on mondays:(  I wish they would just leave them out you would think they would be sold out by mid week.
