If you are already heading to CVS to get photobooks why not get some free picture prints too?? Anyone new to online CVS photo developing can get 50 free prints.  Sign up online first, send some pictures in, and grab free pictures in the store along with your free books.

Click the banner below to get started (It will take you to the page that will start the 50 free prints even though it says nothing about it).

Note: You will order your prints online for pick up in the store, but you must make your photo books in the store, you can’t do them online to get the ECB’s back.

(thanks Wendy for reminding me!)

    • Phillis

Jenny this is so ironic. I went online just yesterday and signed up. Today I got my e-mail for free prints. I am doing the photo albums and it’s awesome.

    • Well this majorly sucks…
I just got home from making the books and see this…
oh well at least I got free Christmas presents!

      • Jenny

You can always go back. The 50 free prints is good for a while just send them and pick them up the next time you go in. We are CVS regulars anyway :)

    • Adele

When I went to check out it was charging me for the prints. Did I do something wrong? Thanks for all of your help :-)

    • So even though I have already purchased pics I can still go in???
      How do I do that??
I was planning on making 2 more books anyways cause I only got three, so this is perfect!!!

    • Oh and this is the wrong section but I have a question about the Kraft and Publix rebate…
Do I have to buy at least one Kraft item on all of my receipts in order to qualify for the $50??
I had to do a quick run today and spent about $20 but I did not buy any Kraft products…
I am planning on buying a few next week sometime though, can I add my receipt from today in with the others to qualify for the $50 or do I have to buy at least one in every trip?

    • Jenny
Its charging me and I dont want to confirm my order because I do not want to pay $12…

    • Abbie

Im new to CVSing…If I pay for these books with ECB’s, do I still get the ECB’s back?

    • marfmomma

i am so confused!!! i have 145 pics in my shopping cart and have no idea what to do. if i just go to CVS, will it let me choose the ones i want? it is saying i owe $27. help

    • Aymie, are you trying to do the photobook online? I believe they are only valid in the stores..:)

Abbie If you pay with ECB’s you will get ECB’s back. That’s the beauty of CVS, you can roll and roll up to their set limits…Its not like Walgreens in that regard.

Marfmomma, you get 50 prints free online for new accounts but the photobooks are only doable in the stores.

    • marfmomma

i was trying to do the 50 free prints. i didn’t know if there was a certain place to do it or just start. i think i messed up by starting and then checked my email for my confirmation info. and then it saved it all. i even cleared my shopping cart and started over and it still saved it. maybe i will try again with a different email. i’ll let you know.

    • I’m having problems with the 50 free prints as well. I created a new acccount but it is saying that I owe $7.50. Is there a promo code that needs to be entered? What should I do?

    • Okay – I figured it out. You have to activate the free promo through the email they send you and then make sure to check the ‘apply these photos to my free 50’ box on the final check out screen. After I did all this, my price came out to $0. Yeah!!!

    • zombiemommmy
      I already have my books.
This is for the 50 free prints.

    • Oh.. it sounds like Heather has it right.

    • Wendy

You get 20 free prints for signing up a new account on line, then you get 30 more for adding you ECB card to it. You have to check your email in order to activate the free ones to your card before proceeding forward. Like Heather says check the “my free 50” box then apply. I did mine last night and got 54 pictures for $.30. Whoo Hoo!

    • I just did mine too.
Did anyone have a problem with digital prints?
It says that part of it will be cut off but when I tried to crop it, it didnt change my pictures at all and kept warning me that some of the pictures will get cut off.
I guess I cant complain for free prints but I will have to see what they look like…
Did anyone else have this problem?

    • marfmomma

ok, dumb question….how do you know which CVS store to go to for your free prints? this is my first time doing this photo stuff online. thanks for all of your help. i am waiting until my ECB card comes in the mail so i have the number to enter for the extra 30. or can i access my ECB number elsewhere? i didn’t have one…just registered last night.

    • Marfmomma
You can pick up the prints at any store close to you.
Just type in a zip code and it should pull several up.
Then click the one you want to pick up at…

    • marfmomma

ok two more questions…i just copied and pasted my photos for the photo book to a CD to be ready to rock and roll at CVS. BUT, i do not have my ECB card yet….do they have me in the system since i did it online? and, do we pay 7.99 for the first book and then the rest are free?

thanks you guys!!! i am hoping to have Christmas gifts before end of week!

    • Christy

Can anyone explain where we get the coupon for the free picture books? I just entered my e-mail on their website last night. Will I get the coupon before the sale is over?
      Thanks so much!!!

    • nancy

I thought they could look up or track you by your personal phone number. But call and see if you are able to do that before going and checking out the photo book. And if you have not ecbs then you for the first one then use the 7 ecb from the first book to purchase the next and so on.

    • nancy

forgive me I just got off work and bloched the last comment. I meant If you do not have ecbs to start must purchase then use 7 ecbs on the next. so sorry

    • marfmomma

thank you, Nancy. i may try it tomorrow.

    • rhonda

i thought that if a product was purchased with ecb’s from that same product, then new ecb’s would not print ???

    • Phillis

We thought that too earlier in the week, but the store manager said on this promo you can.

    • Phillis

I meant to say it does work. You can use ECB to purchase your second, third, fourth, and fifth books. We’ve already done ours and it was wonderful. If at all possible organize your prints before you go or you will spend a lot of time editing. I took my time yesterday and did one for my granddaughter and put captions(text) on it. Everyone that sees it loves it.

    • Okay, I LOVE shopping at CVS! Printed all of my 5 picture books for free and ordered my free prints for signing up online and entering my Cvs card. Those of you who opperate this website are fabulous!! A BIG shout out to Jenny and others. My husband is currently laid off and we have saved hundreds of dollars through the info we have gathered by studying this site! The information contained here is presented in a manner that is understandable and easy to apply! Thanks so much Southern Savers!!!

Everyone gets these coupons emailed to them from CVS, i have never gotten one, is there something else i might need to do?

    • Renee
Did you have to print out a certain something in order to get your prints??
I went in earlier and they rang up for over $10.
The lady said I need a coupon in order to get my free prints but I cant see a coupon anywhere…
In my confirmation email it says total due : $0.00
But when I got there it said I owed money so I told them to hold it…
      Im confused!!!

    • I called corporate and the lady explained that she called the store for me and apologized that the person must have rang it up wrong. She said there shouldnt be any problems when I go back in…
Also, I got a QP for $5 off $15… Does anyone know what is a good filler item besides the photobook?

    • Beryl

WOW! I did it! 50 free prints and 1 photo album. I’m going back tomorrow to get more albums. Thanks so much. My son was thrilled when I gave him the vacation album

    • Erin

OK, I just have to post to pat myself on the back. I went in with $6 ecbs and came out with 3 photo books and 110 prints for only $2.15 out of pocket! Thanks Jenny! I’ve got a birthday present for my mother in law, an anniversary present for my parents, and a Christmas present for my grandma.

    • marfmomma

i did mine tonight too. the girl at my store was so helpful. she said i can buy one and then get five free. i got five tonight and will go back tomorrow to get my last one. it was so easy once i had the pics on a disc. thank you so much for this site. it was so fun to get great gifts of my cute kids for FREE!!! it was awesome!!

    • I find it so much cuter being free…
      Anyone else :)

    • Linda

I scanned 32 “very old” photos of my ancestors, downloaded them to a flash drive and headed to CVS! I got 5 great looking photo books with captions for practically nothing. What a treat to have something this unique to share with family. I am going to share my books at our next family reunion. I have even thought about using them as prizes for games we compete in. ( Best recipe, most grandchildren, oldest…etc.)

    • chrissy
