Email All You and have them sent to you!

2) Your name and address as it appears on the mailing label

3) Your e-mail address

4) A specific mention that you are looking for the “Coupon book from the June issue of All You.”

Go here to see more about this on All You’s Blog.

(Thanks Delta for finding this!!)

Tip:  If you ordered all you 6 weeks ago and expect your first issue any day go HERE and enter your information and it will pull up your account information.  You can copy that information straight into the email and get the coupons coming before the magazine arrives.

Another Tip…  If you subscribed and would like to know when you will get your first issue, go here and enter your information and it will show your account information.  It will also show your most recent mailing.  Please remember that it takes 6-8 weeks to get new subscriptions started.

    • Thanks for sharing the info on how to get your account number for new subscribers! I haven’t received my first issue yet so I wasn’t sure how I could make sure I got these coupons! I really appreciate the tip :)

    • Stefanie

What about those of us who placed our subscription through you. I ordered a couple of weeks ago and it still hasn’t cleared my account. :)

    • I subscribed through your site recently as well, how long will it take to get my first issue, 6 to 8 weeks? And when will it post to my account?

    • Kasonya

I’ve tried to subscribe to “All You” using the link from this page two times, but I haven’t heard anything. It’s been about 8 wks since the first time and maybe 5 the second time. I chose the option for Jenny to contact me for my CC info…maybe that has something to do with it? I just followed the link to see when I should receive my first subscription, and their system didn’t recognize me….Help!

    • Hi Jenny, I also sent in a subscription through you just a few weeks ago and would like to get in on the extra insert coupons that you mentioned. How do I go about doing that? I’m anxious to get my new magazine. It sounds great!

      • Jenny

If you just ordered in the last 3 weeks the system will not have you entered for the online management. They probably also will only mail them to folks that were slated to get the issue this month. I would hold off and if they don’t include the coupon insert next time and do the same thing next month you can email then.

    • Shannon N.

Do we have to send this email to them every month?

    • Beth

I emailed the customer service department and received the email below. BTW, I did subscribe through Jenny’s Southern Savers link.

Thank you for contacting ALL YOU Customer Service.Unfortunately, because your order was placed through a magazine agency, we are unable to send you the gift. If you still want the gift, you can renew your subscription directly through us and we will be happy to send you the gift if it is still available. However, we have extended your subscription by one issue through the issue dated June 1, 2011 for any inconvenience. Thank you for your interest in our magazine and we apologize for any inconvenience.

    • Lara

This might be a dumb question, but does this mean that you get a 2nd set of coupons then?

    • michelle

Thank you for contacting ALL YOU Customer Service. We received your order on March 27, 2009 and your subscription will begin with the issue dated June 26, 2009. This issue should arrive no later than June 26, 2009.

It is taking longer than 8 weeks–just a heads up not to worry….

    • Christina

On their website my exp date says 4/2011 but I am yet to receive my first issue. I am supposed to receive it next month. Shouldn’t exp date be 6/2011?

    • Roz

i’m not understanding…the store version of coupons? there are diff. coupons in the store All You’s than the Subscription All You’s? and if we email them we will get the store versions also?

      • Jenny

This is just make the subscription version equal the version that you can buy in the store. They had started to leave some coupons out of the subscription version but realized that was not a good idea.

    • Roz

is this just for the current month’s All You that has special coupons in it in the store version?

    • momtaylor37

      Email received from this request:
“Unfortunately we have run out of the coupon booklet you have requested. We are happy to extend your subscription by 1 issue as a courtesy to make up for the differential in coupon value.

As you know, coupons have long been a big part of ALL YOU. Each issue carries many high value coupons. Some advertisers may only want to offer a coupon to a part of our distribution. We are reviewing our policies about accepting such coupon offers. Because we work several months in advance, we were unable to prevent the current discrepancy. While we want to accommodate advertisers’ goals and budgets, we also do not want to have a significant difference between the newsstand and subscriber editions in terms of total coupon value.”

Hopefully this will not happen again.
