If you haven’t started your Advent calendar yet, it’s not too late! Run to the craft store and get your kids to help you put together a fun DIY advent calendar.  I rounded up some calendars that are not only cute but completely doable.  If you don’t have the supplies, you can either order them and start the calendar a little late, or substitute with something you have or can buy at the craft store. This is a fun way to count down to Christmas, especially if you have little ones who don’t quite understand the concept of time. A visual way to see how many days is left is great!

Just because the tutorial puts one thing inside the calendar doesn’t mean you have to do the same item.  Make it your own!
