free funnix reading program

At Funnix.com you can grab a great freebie!

The Funnix Beginning Reading program is available to download for free until February 16th! The program will help you teach your kids their first 2 years of reading.

Complete the form at Funnix.com and you will be given a free download link and a personalized serial number.

This was free last year and we downloaded it, I didn’t use all of it (it’s long) but we did pull pieces of it into our preschooler’s work.  It’s great to have things to keep small hands busy while the bigger girls are doing their school work.

This came at a perfect time as I just started working on site words with our 4 year old (we used the parking garage found all over pinterest!) But he’ll love this even more as he loves to “play” on the computer, so now I won’t be able to deny him ;) Thanks for the awesome find!

The following is happening when you click on next it works fine until you click on one of the topics. It takes you to the article but on the right hand side it displays the list of topics that are the most recent and the next no longer works. Not sure what is happening

Awsome! Thank you, I was looking for a reading program  to use with my son but they were all to expensive. This was a blessing! Everything downloaded and worked great.

We homeschool and my daughter has been using this program for a year now. (Since the last time they had a free download, actually.) We really like it! It’s helped my daughter tremendously.

Thank you!! I am excited for this!!

      Sounds great…downloading now!!  Thanks!!

    • Megan of Macon

I downloaded it last night and my daughter loves it.  She is almost 4 and we have started teaching her to read using “Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons”… the same book my mom used to teach me when I was little.  I was thrilled that Funnix uses the same arrows and ‘say it fast’ tools to teach. It is a fun way to reinforce the skills she is learning in our lessons together.  As always, thank you for links for homeschoolers!  This is just wonderful.

Thanks for the input, Megan. We are using “100 Easy Lessons” (the BEST reading program out there) for my little boy right now, so knowing that this meshes well it great.

May I use your recommendation when I promote this download
        on my blog page ?

For those of you who downloaded this did you have any problems? After I download it from the link given to me in my email McAfee on my computer says “this program is not downloaded often and may harm my computer.”
