To get this deal:

Download the digital coupon.
Transfer your prescription. To do this, bring your prescription bottle in-store, call them, or go to this transfer prescription page to transfer your prescription online.
You can then redeem your reward! Your grocery reward will be automatically loaded to your Shopper’s Card after you pick up your transferred prescription.

Do note the offer will be pending until your prescription transfer is processed and completed.
