Did you know that every area and paper gets different coupons in their inserts?
This is one of the biggest things that can frustrate couponers… we all want the great coupons but sometimes only a few select areas get them. Each week volunteers send in insert variation lists to show exactly what coupons were in their papers. I take these and put them into the coupon database. In turn you can then have shopping lists that only show the coupons in your area! Take a look at the coupon insert variations for 04/26/20, below.

Remember a meal plan is just to help you get some ideas and make sure you have what you need on hand. It can be flexible when needed, and isn’t meant to cause stress but to help relieve it!
May 2020 Monthly Meal Plan
I followed the same template as my April meal plan in terms of choosing meals for each day of the week. The themes I chose were breakfast for dinner, sandwiches, chicken, pasta, pizza, seafood, and a “miscellaneous” day to try new recipes. While I think I’m going to change things up for the summer monthly meal plans, this template helped me finish out the school year strong!
