I’ve already shared my review of the Amazon Baby Registry Welcome Box, which was pretty great but did have a cost associated with it. Today I’m going to share what comes in the Walmart Baby Registry Welcome Box, which is totally FREE and available when you create a new baby registry at Walmart.
What Comes in the Walmart Baby Registry Welcome Box
There are only a few steps you have to take to get your Walmart baby registry welcome box, but it’s not necessarily obvious. The first place you need to go is the Walmart Baby Registry page. You’ll have to create a Walmart account if you don’t have one or sign in with your current info. Then you’ll just enter in all the details about your due date, gender, etc.
The confusing part comes after you’ve made your registry, because the place to request your Walmart Baby Registry Welcome Box is kind of complicated to find. Before you do anything else, make sure you copy the URL for your baby registry, because you’ll need it later.
Then you’ll go back to the main Walmart Baby Registry page and scroll down until you see this:
Select the second picture that says “Baby Welcome Box,” which will take you to the Walmart Baby Registry Welcome Box Order Form. This is where you’ll need the URL for your baby registry, and you’ll also be asked for the address where you want the welcome box sent.
I created my registry on September 23, and once I filled out the form requesting my box, I was told it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Happily, the box came just a little over 2 weeks later on October 9.
The box the stuff came in had a cute little owl on it and the stuff was arranged very neatly inside when I opened it up.
