Every so often I share what my family is eating for the week. I do this so I can normalize simple and frugal eating. You don’t have to go overboard to feed your family. Focus on whole foods, simple ingredients, and don’t worry about having multiple courses for dinner. It’s also OK to have leftovers for dinner or for lunch.
